Introduction: The Dorset Square Hotel is a Regency
Townhouse hotel located on the Northern edge of central London. The location is
by the junction with Gloucester Place and yards from
Marylebone Road. Marylebone Road is the A40 dual carriageway and a main route
into and out of London giving access out to Heathrow Airport and our west to

the original location of Lord's cricket ground before it moved in 1814 to its
current location in St Johns Wood.
The Dorset Square Hotel is just a short walk from Regents Park, a very popular and large
open space which is also home to London Zoo and an outdoor theatre. There are great transport links with both
Marylebone Station and Baker Street tube within walking distance. To the north
of this location is the upmarket residential area of St. Johns Wood while to the
South sees the start of the tourist areas with Baker Street leading down to
Oxford Street. There is a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate
vicinity of the Dorset Square hotel. Other nearby attractions include Sherlock Holmes Museum
