| Introduction:
The Express By
Holiday Inn London Chingford - North Circular Road is a
newly built hotel situated on the north circular road of London
(A406), at the crooked billet roundabout, with the towns of
Chingford, Woodford, Walthamstow and Waltham cross just minutes
away. The hotel has easy access to the M11, M25 and the M1 via
the North Circular. With
easy connections to Walthamstow Central station, you can be in
central London within 30 minutes. Walthamstow Sports Stadium
featuring greyhound racing and the Charlie Chan’s nightclub
is just 0.13 miles away. The Selborne Shopping Mall is within 1.4 miles.
On the opposite side of the Crooked Billet roundabout is Chingford Road which
leads to Walthamstow High Road (1.1 miles) which has a large range of shops and
associated amenities. Its also the site for Walthamstow Street Market and with
some 450 stalls claims to be the longest street market in Europe at over 1 mile.
Other nearby attractions include the William Morris Gallery (0.8 miles). William
Morris was a well known Designer, Craftsman, Writer and Socialist who lived
through the 19th century, this museum is dedicated to his life. The Vestry House
Museum is 1.3 miles away and is a workhouse built in 1730 a museum since 1930.
Dedicated to the history of Walthamstow. The hotel is less than 4 miles from the
site of the

| Directions: From the M25 motorway exit at junction 27 (signposted London (NE) & M11). Join the M11 motorway and take junction 4. Join the A406 North Circular Road (by bearing right) towards Walthamstow. Continue on to crooked billet roundabout. (come off before gong under the underpass which goes below the roundabout. Look for the signs saying A112, this is the Chingford Road) Take the 4th exit (right) onto Chingford Road. At the 1st set of traffic lights turn left into Walthamstow Avenue. Go to mini-roundabout and you will see the hotel. |
