| Description:
The Holiday Inn Express Stansted, first opened in 2005,
is conveniently just 1.1 miles from the Stansted Airport terminal itself. Just
off the main roundabout (3rd exit) before you get to the airport terminal next
to the BP petrol station and opposite the mid stay car park. The petrol/gas
station serves coffee, confectionary, convenience foods and snacks to takeaway.
Other than the petrol station and car park there is little else in the immediate
vicinity. Nearest local attractions
include House on the Hill Toy Museum (2.64 miles), Mountfitchet Castle (2.65
miles), Stansted Mountfitchet Windmill (2.85 miles), Gardens of Easton Lodge
(3.7 miles), Little Eastern manor (3.6 miles), Waytemore Castle (3.63 miles) and
Molehill Wildlife Park (5.6 miles). The hotel is modern and contemporary with a reception that is staffed 24/7. Bedroom facilities include en-suite facilities with power shower, double glazed windows, Coffee/tea maker, individually controlled Air conditioning, Hairdryer, Alarm Clock/Radio, Sitting Area, Direct Dial Phone with voicemail, hanging closet, interactive web browsing cable Colour Television with pay movies plus video check-in/check-out and bill viewing, Desk & Lamp and high speed WIFI internet connection (charges apply). | Shuttle: The hotel operates a shuttle
service every 20 minutes to and from Stansted Airport (bay 5) for a small fee
(from the airport the ride is free). This takes around just 5 minutes. The

| Directions: From the M11 motorway, come off at Junction 8 or 8A. Follow the signs for the main Stansted Airport Passenger Terminal. At the main roundabout take the third exit and follow signs for the Mid Stay Car Park, which in effect means you are turning right at this point.
