| Description: Located to the
West of Heathrow Airport the Arora Park Hotel is actually located in Berkshire.
Just 1 mile from terminal 5 (about 10 minutes by road to the main central area) and close to the major motorways of the M25 and the
M4. The hotel is convenient for stays around the horse racing tracks of
Ascot
(8.6 miles)
and the Royal
Castle in Windsor (4.1 miles) being midday between these locations and the Airport.
Colnbrook with Poyle is a small civil parish and historic village with a
population of just under 6,000. 1 mile to the East along the Old Bath Road is a
McDonalds restaurant. The major attractions close by are
Thorpe Park
(5 miles) theme park with over 20 major thrill rides and
Legoland (5.9
miles) with over 500 interactive rides. The Arora is a modern hotel built in a Queen Anne style and has a relaxed ambience. The bedrooms are of contemporary design and style. Features include “Cloud 9” beds, air-conditioning, cable TV with pay movies, Internet access, room safe, fridge, iron & trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities and en-suite bathroom. Windows are triple glazed. There is a 24 hour room service. Room configurations include premier and superior double rooms. The hotel has its own onsite restaurant, the Kathmandu Kitchen. Here the cuisine specialises in Nepalese/Indian menus alongside a choice of European and Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast 6:30 hours to 11:00, lunch 12:00 hours to 14:30, and dinner 18:00 hours to 23:00. Tables can be pre-booked. There's also a fully licensed bar. Here you can purchase a takeaway breakfast of a coffee and a Danish pastry. The hotel front reception is staffed 24 hours a day and guests have access to the fitness room. For the business traveller there are meeting room facilities with natural daylight. Facilities include a PC projector, flip chart and OHP as well as standard meeting room set up. | Directions: From the M25: Come off at junction 14 and then follow the signs for Poyle. Keep on this road following the signs for around 1.5 miles through the roundabouts. Turn into Old Bath Road. From M4 Come off at Junction 5,follow signs for A4 towards Heathrow and London. Continue along the A4 for approximately 3 miles. Turn right at the Junction towards A3044 Stanwell Moor Road. At the roundabout turn right again at the third exit onto the Bath Road and continue along this road. The Hotel is on the right. From Heathrow Follow signs for the M4 and then follow as above. |
