The Hilton Kensington finished a £3.5 million pound refurbishment in summer 2007.
Standard bedrooms measure 19 sq meters and have a varied decor ranging from contemporary to traditional. Room amenities include duvets, individually controlled air Conditioning, Hair Dryer, Radio, flat screen cable TV with pay movies (most rooms), minibar, trouser press, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities, Desk, Trouser Press and High Speed Internet Access. 
The executive rooms give access to the executive lounge (located on the 7th floor, serves breakfast and has private check-in facilities). Most rooms are 19 square meters. The junior suites (come with private check-in facilities on the 7th floor) are 36 square meters with a separate living area.
Room service is 24 hours and offers both Kosher and vegetarian dishes as menu options.
Five rooms are adapted for accessibility which includes walk-in showers and lower than normal beds.

West Eleven brasserie restaurant: A chic and contemporary environment with chocolate-box mahogany and purple colours serving European cuisine. The decor includes modern works of art covering much of the walls. Open for Breakfast Buffet, Lunch and dinner. Capacity for 150 guests. 06.30 till 22.30.
AM-PM lounge bar: Located in the hotels lobby area. Serves light meals, snacks, drinks and cocktails. The bar has a relaxing feel with comfy leather chairs. Just the place to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea. Open: 06:30 - 01:00. Lounge is accessible 24/7.

For the business traveller the hotel has 11 meeting rooms with a capacity for up to 300 guests and business centre open 9.00 till 18.00. The hotel Lobby and meeting rooms feature wireless broadband connection (charges apply). Other onsite facilities including a Living Well Health Club with Gym, Sauna and Steam Room.
