The Ibis Gatwick was built in
2000. Around 12 minutes from Gatwick North terminal and around 5
minutes from Crawley town centre (20 minutes walk) depending on traffic. Close to the Junction
with the M23 which gives access to the M25 orbital motorway which encircles
London. Just 1.1 miles from Crawley Leisure Centre which offers cinemas and
bowling amongst other facilities. 1.9 miles to Crawley Museum with exhibits on
Archaeology, Costume and Textiles, Science and Technology and Social History.
Gatwick Zoo is 2.4 miles away and though no large animals are kept here its well
worth a visit. Other nearby attractions include Tilgate Park (2.8 miles),
Copthrone Golf Club (3.3 miles) and Lingfield racecourse (8.2 miles). Room facilities include en-suite facilities, air cooling, remote control cable TV, sound proofing, direct dial phone, wake up call, coffee tea maker, desk and radio. All Rooms feature triple glazing and an air cooling system and WiFi internet access. 10 rooms are suitable for wheelchair users.
