| Description: The
London Marriott Grosvenor Square is situated in the heart of Mayfair across the square from the American embassy.
This central London location is walking distance from the popular large open
space of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, with
amenities such as the serpentine Gallery and boating (weather permitting)
on the Serpentine Lake. Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive and chic

The Marriott is a striking red brick building which began life as a stately townhouse before its current status as a luxury hotel (since the mid 1980's) in a prime location combining the contemporary chic with a classic tradition. Garden suites come with their own private courtyard, open plan bathroom and deep Grecian marble bath. There are also 4 Club suites with spate living and sleeping areas. Club rooms have access to the Club lounge (also for Marriott reward elite members) on the lower ground floor with seating for 55 guests and which serves a complimentary breakfast and serves refreshments all day long. The lounge has a real fireplace, tear drop chandelier and armchairs. Video games and consoles can be hired. Room service is 24 hour. Bedrooms feature video bill display and video check-out. Daily housekeeping and evening turndown service. Dining: Onsite the Marriott Grosvenor Squarel provides Gordon Ramsay's Michelin Starred "Maze restaurant" which serves International, French and Asian cuisine and innovative signature dishes. Also indulge in fantasy deserts fantasy desserts such as pineapple carpaccio with ginger-lime syrup and coconut ice cream. The restaurant includes a rosewood bar with a tasting menu of 20 ever changing specialty dishes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Also onsite at the hotel is the "Maze Grill" (replaces the Cobalt restaurant and bar) which is a collaboration between Jason Atherton and Gordon Ramsay. Inspired by the classic New York grills. Serving coal-flamed cuts of beef, 25-day aged Hereford beef rib eye, Wagyu ‘9th Grade’ Gold fillet steak, native lobster with duck fat chips and a selection of fresh fish dishes. The butcher’s block table overlooks the open kitchen and can be pre-booked. Relaxed and friendly ambience. Private dining available. Open: 6.45 till 10.30, noon till 14.30 (till 16.00 weekends), 18.00 till 22.00. The Marriott Grosvenor Square has a fitness room open 24/7 with exercise equipment and free weights. WIFI is available throughout the hotel including the meeting rooms, club lounge and bedrooms. For the business traveller the hotel has a 24 hour business centre and 7 meeting rooms, the largest of which can seat up to 900 guests. The lobby reception is manned and open 24/7. Security staff also operate 24 hours. Newspapers are available in the hotel lobby. Beauty treatments including massages and facials can be arranged with the hotel. |
