The Marriott Grosvenor Square is a striking red brick building which began life as a stately
townhouse before its current status as a luxury hotel (since the mid 1980's) in
a prime location combining the contemporary chic with a classic tradition. The
hotel lobby features marble art deco.

Maze restaurant" which serves International, French and Asian cuisine
and innovative signature dishes. Also indulge in fantasy deserts fantasy
desserts such as pineapple carpaccio with ginger-lime syrup and coconut ice
cream. The restaurant includes a rosewood bar with a tasting menu of 20 ever
changing specialty dishes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
Also onsite at the hotel is the "
Maze Grill" (replaces the Cobalt
restaurant and bar) which is a collaboration between Jason Atherton and Gordon
Ramsay. Inspired by the classic New York grills. Serving coal-flamed cuts of
beef, 25-day aged Hereford beef rib eye, Wagyu '9th Grade' Gold fillet steak,
native lobster with duck fat chips
and a selection of fresh fish dishes. The butcher's block table overlooks the
open kitchen and can be pre-booked. Relaxed and friendly ambience. Private
