The London Marriott Marble Arch is situated yards from Edgware Road and
Marble Arch with the world famous shopping street of Oxford Street practically on your
doorstep. A Black taxi can normally be found by the hotel entrance and with Marble Arch tube station minutes away as well
as the coach parking and buses (including sightseeing tours) on Park lane, transport links are excellent. Just on the other side of Oxford Street is the
exclusive area of Mayfair which includes the top fashion and jewellery shops of Bond Street. Edgware Road is a long road and part of the much longer A5. At this
end its best known for its many shops and restaurants with a middle eastern flavour, indeed along this road and the adjacent Bayswater is a large population
of residents from the middle east. Don't forget to pay a visit to Speakers Corner
(0.3 miles) on a Sunday morning where special laws allow anyone to speak their mind on any subject of their choice to anyone who wants to listen. Speakers
