Introduction: Located in a Georgian terrace in central
London is the Montague on the Gardens. Just off of Russell Square and walking
distance from Covent Garden and Oxford Street this is a great location for the
most popular tourist areas. In the adjacent road is the British Museum while
Russell Square ensures a tube, taxi or Bus is always easily accessible. Nearest
attractions include Dickens House Museum and Library (0.5 miles), London
Transport Museum (0.6 miles), Trocadero Centre (0.7 miles), Leicester Square
(0.7 miles), Houses of Parliament (0.8 miles), Trafalgar Square (0.9 miles) and
Buckingham Palace (1.1 miles). London's Theatreland is also within walking
distance and starts from Covent Garden.

voicemail, and ironing facilities.
Bloomsbury Rooms: Have been individually decorated and are furnished to a high
standard with views over the front of the hotel, have high ceilings and many
have a balcony. In-room much of the furniture is hand crafted. The bathrooms are
finished in marble and feature 'Cuba-doche' overhead shower.
Junior Suites: Split over 2 levels. Come with a separate lounge area and their
own CD and DVD collections. In-room you'll find canapé, a minibar and a stock
of ice. Bathrooms have double basins and a Jacuzzi.
Executive Suites: Marble bathroom and Plasma television.
Master Suites: Take up 3 separate levels with views of the garden. Have all the
facilities found in all other class rooms and suites.
The hotel runs a daily maid service and evening turndown service. Room service
is 24 hours with options for meals and movie snacks.

The hotels 2 restaurants use herbs from the chefs own kitchen garden.
The Chef's Table: A small, friendly and intimate restaurant its style is both
light and airy throughout lunchtime yet warm and cosy in the evening over
candlelight. Cuisine is simple and fresh, with seasonal herbs picked straight
from The Montague's own herb garden. The restaurant is decorated with a 19th
century view of London on 3 sides and mahogany panelling.
Blue Door Bistro: AA rosette holder with a homely feel. Uses fresh ingredients
in its varied menu including vegetarian options and salads
The Wood Deck and Terrace Bar: Overlooks the private gardens of the Bedford
Estate where al fresco meals can be enjoyed. Serves range of cocktails as well
as coffee's and traditional afternoon tea. Offers live entertainment on selected
nights from 19.30.
The Montague on the Gardens has two conservatory areas overlooking the relaxing private
gardens. Afternoon Tea, served between 3pm and 6pm each day.
Offsite the hotel has complimentary access to gym and sauna facilities. Its also
possible to arrange beauty treatments and massages in the privacy of your own
bedroom.
WiFi is accessible in public areas. A computer workstation is located in the
lobby and can be hired along with printing facilities. Range of meeting rooms
