Myhotel Chelsea

Introduction: Myhotel Chelsea is to the north east of Chelsea very close to South Kensington. 500 yards north of the Kings Road, Chelsea which for years has been known for trendy fashions and popular bars at night. These days there's a much greater range of shops with supermarkets and smaller shops along with cinemas. Its a similar distance to south Kensington which is now a very upmarket area with lots of boutiques and fashionable restaurants/cafes. Half a mile to the east is Sloane Street which is very similar to south Kensington and full of fashion boutiques. It leads up to Knightsbridge which is home to Harrods department store, The Household Calvary Barracks and marks the south side of Hyde Park. This location is just on the western side of central and in a residential road. Some nearby places of interest include the Victoria and Albert Museum (0.3 miles), Brompton Oratory (200 ft tall , London's second largest Roman Catholic church)(0.3 miles), Science Museum (0.4 miles), Natural History Museum (0.4 miles), National Army Museum (0.5 miles) and Carlyle's house (0.5 miles).

Hotel:
A Bohemian boutique hotel. One of the things that sets the Myhotel apart is the tailoring of the accommodation tot he guests preferences. Before your stay at the hotel you will receive a mypreferences from the hotel. This tells the hotel things like what music you like and what scents you prefer or evening hat programs you like to watch. These are used to setup the bedroom in your own preference.
Rooms ate the Myhotel Chelsea are all en-suite with chic bathrooms and decorated in a combination of traditional and contemporary styles using Pastel colours, soft furnishings, mismatched antique and modern furniture in an eclectic mix. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Facilities include flat screen TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, DVD CD player, safe, range of exotic teas and coffees, free WiFi internet access and a minibar.
Superior rooms are larger than the standard rooms. They also come with extras such as bathrobe and slippers.
Red rooms: Decorated in Scarlet and Ruby they are very distinctive from the hotels other bedrooms. Themed in a decadent style. "Polar bear throws" and erotic and moody lighting. Queen-sized beds.
Studio Suite: Bright and spacious. 2 flat screen TVs, comfy tan leather sofa, upholstered chairs and desk. King size beds.
The Thai suite: Themed in an eastern style with the emphathis on indulgence and luxury. Black stained floor, textured walls and soft furnishings. The Thai suite comes with a kitchenette and has its own steam room, Jacuzzi and bathroom with walk-in-wardrobe. Also supplied is a computer workstation and a printer with complimentary internet access.
Room service is 24 hours. Guests are supplied with a complimentary newspaper and magazine. Evening turndown service.

Dining:
Mybar Chelsea: Modern style with a cool feel.
Serves breakfast, lunch, dinner along with drinks and cocktails.
Breakfast is a buffet affair with fresh fruit and pastries. The bar/restaurant is open all day and gets livelier throughout the day and into the evening. Seasonal menu. The main menu is available 07.00 till 22.00. After this time a reduced service is still available.
Our chef creates seasonal menus, served every day of the week between 7am and 10pm. After 10pm a reduced menu is available.
Breakfast  07.00 till 10.00 (weekends 08.00 till 11.00), Lunch and dinner seasonal menu (11.00 till 22.00)
Drinks and cocktails: Monday-Sunday from 10am till 11pm and Friday, Saturday 10am till 01am.

Within the Myhotel Chelsea is the 'Library' room. With its peaceful atmosphere guests can choose a complimentary book or CD to enjoy while relaxing in the sofas. PC with internet access also available. Next to the Library is the hotels gym, free for guest use and where personal trainers and yoga teachers can be arranged.
Jinja is the hotel treatments room with a range of well-being treatments including facials, body treatments and massages.
There are two function rooms that can handle 60 guests theatre style.
