The Novotel London West, the flagship hotel of the Accor Group, is a large modern hotel hotel with contemporary features and facilities. Its location and services make the hotel suitable for both the business traveller and the leisure traveller.
All bedrooms are en-suite facilities (hairdryer, bath and seperate shower), are air-conditioned and have enhanced lighting. In-room facilities include sound proofing, angled bed headboard for easier viewing of TV or reading a book, swivel desk, smoke alarm, in-room safe, minibar, Cable TV with pay movies and video games, radio, blackout curtain, trouser press, iron, direct dial telephone with voicemail, WIFI internet access (charge) and Juda (view port).
The hotel provides a 24 hour room service. Eight rooms have been adapted for accessibility.

Dining Options:
'The Lounge Bar' : Snack bar (includes sandwiches, snacks, pastries, coffee and tea) with a laid back atmosphere and background piano music. Fully licensed bar. Open: 07:00 till 23:00.
'The Planets Bar' : Contemporary style bar serving light meals and a full range of wines and beers. Also has musical entertainment and a terrace where you can drink in the open air, weather permitting. Open: 11:00 till 01:00.
The hotels two restaurants both offer  a la carte dining:
'Peppers Restaurant': Air conditioned restaurant serving international al a carte cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. Good range of freshly prepared options that include sandwiches, salads, grills, pizzas and pastas. Open: 11:00 till 22:00.
'The Garden Brasserie': A Brasserie style air-conditioned restaurant with themed dining. Lunch and dinner both have a Carvery and an a la carte option. Varied menu which changes on a daily basis. Open: 06:00 till midnight.

The hotels meeting facilities are extensive with 35 rooms with the largest being able to accommodate up to a total of 2000 guests conference style. Additionally the hotel has an un-staffed dedicated business centre/area offering copy, fax, internet access and mobile phone rental.
WIFI internet access can be picked up at various points in the hotel (charge). Other hotel amenities include a cash machine, concierge services, 24 hour dry cleaning and ironing services, porter and a shoe shine machine. Safety deposit box facilities are available from the reception. Within the hotel is an art gallery and a gift shop that also sells newspapers and toiletries. The hotel can arrange baby sitting services by request. The hotel is wheelchair accessible.
