A landmark Art Deco hotel in one of Londons most prestigious locations. First opened way back in 1927 the Sheraton Grand Park Lane has a long and colourful history. The hotel combines elegant luxury with modern high tech amenities.The bedrooms stay true to the Sheraton Grands art deco heritage and many have great views out over Green Park. Some bedrooms have a real fireplace and marble bathrooms, original features of the hotel.

Smith & Whistle: Serving a carefully selected choice of local beers, fine English wines, honest food, and expertly crafted cocktails, in a friendly atmosphere with a nod to the style and history of the hotel and its Mayfair surroundings. The bar takes its name from the 1920's duo, Detective Inspector Smith and socialite scoundrel Mr. Whistle; sworn enemies who would call an occasional truce to meet at the bar and swap secrets from either side of the law. Also hosts music events including jazz.The Palm Court restaurant and Bar: Enjoy traditional full afternoon tea to the background of the resident harpist. Also serves lunch. The Palm Court is a grand lounge setting with a feel of the grandeur of years gone bye.

Mercante Restaurant: Italian restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Features a large indoor dining room and south-facing terrace. The menu changes regularly to reflect everyday market food and “Per Oggi”. The menu represents Italy as a whole, with different regions being pulled together in one kitchen. The menu is divided into seven sections: Spuntini (small plates), Salumi & Formaggio (cold cuts & cheese), Fritti & Forno (fried & baked), Grano & Pasta (wheat & pasta), Carne & Pesce (meat & fish), Contorni (side dishes) and Dolci (desserts), with dishes available in small, medium or large. The dishes can also be shared amongst guests.

This is the southern edge of Mayfair which is one of London's most exclusive areas and home to the highest density of 5 star hotels in the UK.
