All rooms come with private bathroom facilities. Bedroom amenities include Direct Dial Telephones with Voicemail, modem connection, Hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities, In-room digital safe, satellite TV with Pay Movies.
Deluxe doubles have a lounge/seating area and are air-conditioned. All deluxe rooms come with a desk area with a lamp.
Executive Rooms are all air-conditioned, have a seating area (not singles), desk space, LCD TV, mini-fridge, Ethernet high speed internet access and hospitality tray. Bathrooms have toiletries from 'The White Company'. 
Some suites have a bath tub, Bathrobe & Slippers and a Bathroom Splash TV.

Dining Options:
The Il Grasso Restaurant: licensed Italian Restaurant, serves Starters, Pasta's, Main Courses, Char-Grilled Dishes, Side Dishes & Salad's & Pizza using fresh ingredients. 
Open: 3:00 till 22:30 weekdays.
Hakuba Restaurant & Bar: Serves Japanese cuisine using fresh ingredients. Actually next door to hotel with separate entrance. Stylish setting with an innovative Japanese menu. The bar is informal and serves cocktails and saki along with a range of drinks.
Open: 11.00 - 15.00, 17.00 - 23.30 (Closed Sunday).
Breakfast and Coffee shop: Dedicated breakfast room on the Mezzanine Level where guests can enjoy a self service European breakfast buffet or continental breakfast. Selection of hot and cold choices including pastries, croissant and snacks along with tea and coffee. The area has a WiFi internet access.
Breakfast: 06.30 till 10.30 (weekends 07.00 till 11.00).
The Lazy Dog Bar: Informal cosmopolitan bar with large screen TV's showing sports events.
Open: noon till 01.00, (till 02.00 Thursday till Saturday).
Chikara Restaurant: Asian restaurant with varies menu. Dishes include Chinese and Malaysian Cuisine.
Open: noon till 15.00 (not Sunday), 17.30 - 23.00 (17.30 - 22.30 Sunday)

Beneath the hotel is a Leisure Club with 25 metre Swimming Pool, Sports Hall, Fitness Studio, Dance Studios, Free Weights Room, Squash & Handball Courts, Sauna, Sun beds, Massages, Exercise Classes and Various Clubs & Activities and are all available subject to charges. Under 16's are not allowed access to the leisure facilities. Swimming pool closes in April for maintenance. The leisure centre is owned and run by the central YMCA and hotel guests can gain access at a nominal charge (payable locally) during their stay.
There is a fully equipped ironing room on the 6th Floor. Vending Machines are also available in the lobby area and on every other floor. Meeting and conference facilities are available along with Equipment Hire, Secretarial Service & Business Support.
Beneath the hotel is an NCP pay car park. The Concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, offering porterage, luggage store, car hire, taxi bookings and general information.
