From Heathrow Airport
By underground: take the Piccadilly line to Green Park and then the Jubilee Line
to St Johns Wood (takes about 1 hour), as you come out of St Johns Wood station
turn to your left and walk down Acacia Road, take the last turning on your right
Townshend Road and to the end and the hotel is on the corner (10 minutes walk).
By Heathrow Express: train in to Paddington Station which takes about 20
minutes, from there you would need to take the Bakerloo line to Baker Street and
then on to the Jubilee line as before, or take a black taxi.
From Gatwick Airport
The Gatwick Express into Victoria Station takes 30 minutes and then a black taxi
or the tube Victoria line to Green Park and then change to the Jubilee line to
St Johns Wood.
Or train from Gatwick to London Bridge takes 28 minutes and then take the
underground Jubilee line to St Johns Wood (you don't have to change on this
route and takes about 20 mins).
When you come out of St Johns Wood station turn to your left and walk down
Acacia Road. Take the last turning on your right Townsend Road and we are at the
end on the corner. It is about a ten minute walk.
From Stansted Airport
The Stansted Express train takes you into Liverpool Street station and then you
would need to take the underground using the Circle, Metropolitan or Hammersmih
& City line to Baker Street then change on to the Jubilee Line to St Johns Wood
Station. As you come out of the station you turn to your left and walk down
Acacia Road, take the last turning on your right Townshend Road and to the end
and the hotel is on the corner, this is a ten minute walk.
Or take the Stansted Express Coach A6 that runs every 20 minutes and takes about
one hour and 15 minutes to St Johns Wood.
The driver will call out your stop St Johns Wood. The stop is on Wellington Road
opposite Lords Cricket Ground. Once you get off, walk back up the road you have
just come down and take the first turning on your right Wellington Place. Walk
to the end and turn left, this is St Johns Wood High Street. Walk until you see
NatWest and Cafe Rouge, this is Allitsen Road. Walk to the end and the hotel is
on the corner. This is a 5 to 10 minute walk.
