N10 is mostly the area known as Muswell Hill. The name actually refers to a real hill that has a very steep incline. However its said the name was derived original from a natural spring well in the location, Mossy Well. It starts from the entrance to Alexandra Palace at the bottom to the gyratory system at the top of the hill between Queens Avenue, Colney Hatch Lane and Muswell Hill Road. At this point is the start of the main shopping area with a good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and other amenities. Although there is no tube station in the area there is a bus station located on the gyratory system. from here buses serve all areas of London.
