Nice hotel to stay in for a few nights in London. However, the staff need more training as trying to communicate to them while booking into the room was difficult to understand what they needed to see off you. The parking is a great facility if you can get a space, which is during working hours, 10:00 to 17:00. The breakfast served is good for a quick meal before going out, however it has limited options, for example, there will be cereals to eat and fruit but no cooked sausages or eggs to have.

Travelling with a toddler on arrival reception confirm there is no parking. I could reserve a spot as son as one was available but I couldn\u2019t reserve one in advance although a spot would be available at 8 o clock and I have to be available at 8 as booking was on a first come basis. Parking was also through a third party. Receptionist was very rude luckily advised we should go and find off street parking in the area although I had a toddler. I managed to get my money back and did not stay the night. When you arrive at the hotel you can only be parked up for 20 minutes before you are fined. Other customers who walked in were told about parking after payment was taken and had to rush out to move the car as their 20mins were up! Poor customer service from the outset.

review: The only reason why I have given the rating of 1 is because it did not give me the option of 0. This hotel was filthy with black mould around the sink and toilet, the shower head was held together with black electrical tape and the smell from the stains of urine on the floor was unbearable. I DID NOT UNPACK AND WENT TO RECEPTION FOR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. SHOCKING HOVEL. I have photos as evidence.
