This Holiday Inn is billed as being located at Heathrow Terminal 5 and while it is convenient for T5 the best thing is that it is actually in the village of Colnbrook, just off the airport, where there is a very good choice of pubs and restaurants within very short waking distance.\nThe hotel itself is a good example of a Holiday Inn with a fresh feel about it. \nGood, efficient staff.\nThe only disappointment was breakfast that looked fairly typical for a Holiday Inn but nothing seemed to have much taste.

Had a nice time. Good room, well maintained. Check in and check out was smooth. Located close to the airport but can be better linked, with more frequent shuttles. \nExcellent staff service. Calling out Alka - she goes the extra mile in making Guests feel comfortable.

It's quite a small hotel but has an underground car park.\n\nThere's a restaurant on the ground floor where we had dinner - this was fine although nothing spectacular (it seemed like the bought-in cook-chill pre-prepared meals you get in some chain pubs).\n\nThe bedroom itself was very quiet even though planes fly very close by.\n\nWe stayed with two kids who were in camp beds alongside our double bed. It was a tight fit in the room but we were only staying one night, so it was fine.\n\nIt seems to be a hotel where airlines send passengers whose flights are delayed or cancelled: as we were eating dinner, a huge number of people arrived simultaneously whose ba flight had been delayed.

I was in a family trip to London and our return flight to Madrid was cancelled. The airline booked us in the Holiday Inn (at old bath road) and we had a very good stay. What made this stay very special was definitely the attention.

As a stop-over to catch an early flight, I was not expecting to be so impressed, a great little hotel very convenient for T5, parking and a easy transport to the airport. Wines and dined in a cosy restaurant/ bar, you have to meet Alka, great.

The hotel is excellent, clean, comfortable and soundproof, which is very important, considering the airport proximity. Reasonably close to Heathrow T5. The staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast is good, also dinner options. The staff is very good, especially Alka, very helpful and kind.

A Modern Hotel buried in a small village and industrial estates near Heathrow Terminal 5. Warm welcoming staff - good and clean room - ours had a wetroom which nearly flooded into the room. Good bed and pillows and T & Coffee making - but.

British Airways overbooked our flight and we were stuck spending a night here before going home. Despite those frustrating circumstances, we had a great overall experience at this airport hotel. The buffet provided by the airline was nutritious, and the service provided by Alka -.

Our second visit to this hotel and definitely worth it. Very near to the airport and the addition of gluten free bread and sausages for breakfast was so appreciated! Easy parking, what more do you need!

I stay at Holiday Inn T5 (Colnbrook), not to be confused with the hi Express just off the M4 up the road, and its always a good stay. Location is excellent for the airport, the hopper bus stops right outside reception and rooms are clean.

Holiday Inn Heathrow T5 is a very nice hotel in a residential area about 10 minutes drive from Heathrow T5. By no means is it a classical terminal hotel and accessing the airport via public transport is not very easy. Other than that the location.

I stayed here on both my outward and return legs of my journeys from Heathrow. This is a comfortable, clean, and ¹œno fuss hotel. I couldn't believe just how quickly the check-in process was managed after my very Long flight into Heathrow. I was tired.

I stay very frequently and the rooms are comfortable with enough space and it is v close to my main office. Room service is - in particular when served by Alka - is incredibly nice and leaves you in a good mood for the evening.

You only stay at an airport for convenience, and this is a short ride from the main terminals. There is lots of choice at Heathrow but rarely is the customer service any good - this is an exception. Efficient and friendly at check-in, outstanding service.

Im a spire member and use Holiday Inns all the time on business. I have to say the staff member Alka is absolutely wonderful, very caring and welcoming and is extremely genuine. A credit to the hotel.

Stayed here again and I love this hotel! Rooms are good but what I like most are the friendly people who are working here and give you this “being at home” feeling! Especially in the restaurant with Alka and her colleagues!

We have stayed at a few airport Holiday Inns over the past ten years. We find that they are generally comfortable, friendly and good value for money; but this one more than most. The staff here are so friendly and more helpful than most particularly.

Had a great evening in the bar/restaurant very ably looked after by Alka and Lina. Always friendly and made me feel very welcome. A great example other hotels could learn from. Would happily stay here every time I fly from T5!

The hotel was super busy this evening and there was a queue out the door with people checking in. Alka was serving behind the bar and she and her colleagues were doing an amazing job of keeping calm and delivering great service in a stressful.

Hotel Hoppa bus H57 runs regularly to and from Heathrow Terminals 4 & 5 and is very convenient. Hotel staff here are mostly very friendly and helpful, especially Ilka, who coped incredibly well at the bar taking food and drink orders on an extremely busy.

There was a shuttle bus announced, but not able to find this at T5. so, a cab was 25£. The hotel is just 10mins away from T5, the facility is nice and clean, and the rooms are ok. What needs to be improved is to.

Nice weekend stay here as part of the Legoland package. The fun park itself is only 15 minutes drive away. Check-in process was simple, but upon arriving, had to wait 10 minutes for a car park space to become available as a staff member moved.

Very clean and inviting hotel lobby, simple to navigate around, friendly staff and spacious room, easy to get to with the bus that goes round and great value for money, would stay here again. They are doing a bit of work on the hotel just.
