The pictures on the website doesn't really represent the reality of what you get, paid for the room when we get there only to find you need to wipe your feet on the way out, the front staff are so rude, curtains hanging.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! Rude front desk staff. Not accommodating at all. It was like they were doing us a favour allowing us to stay there! Closet sized room. Black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Mysterious smear marks on the.

We slept in our clothes it was that dirty. There was not enough room to swing a gerbil. Sleeping rough would have been an upgrade. Great location though, right next to Paddington Station. Decent kebab place round the corner.

Liked: The location is very close to Paddington Station
Disliked: The room was awful, so small you could barely walk around the bed without either banging your foot or falling on to the bed. The pillows were flat as pancakes. The quilt was thin and cold. The location of the room felt like we were in the broom cupboard, tucked away down 2 flights of stairs having had to go up 3 floors in the first place. Never again.

I requested for early check in if a room was available which was approved via email. When I arrived it was not so I had to wait an hour for it, by the time I came back there were two reception staff but one was preoccupied.

Floor was not vacuumed well we found bits of biscuits on the floor, instead of cleaning toilet bowl, detergent was smudged on it (which made it smell nice until we flushed for the first time), the drainage was yellow and obviously not cleaned for Long time, fan was covered in dust. We stayed in many places, cheap to expensive but so far this was the most disappointing place when it comes to hygiene. Bed sheets were clean so its not that they don't clean, floor was also vacuumed but not corner to corner, just disappointing to see “half job” done.

They try to keep it a little bit clean -the sheets were OK, but the windows were dirty from the inside a way I have never seen ist, there was mould in the bathroom, an the fittings wert full of chalk.
We stayed 5 days because it was prepayed, and it was OK but I would never book on this hotel again.
The people working there were very nice and they renovated the bar, which looks nicely now, but the rooms are so down that I think they won't renovate them son.
Any try to repair something was so bad done tha a child could do better. Must have been a nice hotel, Long, Long time ago, but it isn't it any more.

review: we booked this hotel thought hotels.com,for 8 days we checked in and checked out the same day. Hotel was a mess,the lift did not work,wallpaper was peeling off the walls,carpet was dirty and torn going up the stairs. Light hanging from the ceiling. Stay some where else, the people that worked there were very nice. do not use hotel.com they will still bill you for the rooms,no matter what its like..

We booked to stay two nights but we walked out after 10 minutes.
It is dirty,run down and the bed sheets had some very unusual stains which arnt part of the pattern!
The wall paper in room 110 is hanging of the walls,and if you touch the window it will most likely to fall out! Get a sleeping bag and stay in the train station,it will be cleaner and a lot nicer!!!
