Dear guest, \n\nThank you for sharing your experience in our hotel and also for raising these issues to us, it will definitely help us to improve our prestation and performance.\n\nWe are sad that your previous stay didn't exceed your expectations. Regarding our team, I had to correct the fact that we are not understaffed, based on all reviews from guests (Trip Advisor, the website, Expedia, \u2026) and by the quality of service provided by them all. However, I will make sure that standards and basics are well known.\n\nRegarding the breakfast which is much concerning as referring to hygiene issues, please be sure that your feedback was shared to our restaurant department. We are a bit surprised as we are also subject to strong restrictions with regular checks from authorities to make sure that everything is in order and corresponding correctly to hygiene expectations and standards.
