My wife and I have been coming here for several years. We travel quite a lot, visiting different hotels in various places. Even expensive hotels don't come up to the standard of Boston Manor. The staff are polite, eager to please, and the cost of a room is very reasonable. There is an excellent Nepalese restaurant in the hotel, and the English breakfast (included in the cost of the room) is more than adequate. OK, it's not in central London, but it's easy to get to, and there's plenty of free parking.\nWhy go anywhere else?

Dear guest\n\nThank you for your frank report about your recent stay at Boston Manor Hotel. We\u2019re glad you found your room to be spacious, and that you enjoyed your cooked English breakfast; many guests write to us about this unexpected bonus as part of a low-price deal.\n\nThe rooms overlooking the main road have been sound-proofed recently, so complaints about noise have been largely eliminated. As for having no lift, this is an old building, as you mention, and this is a fairly standard condition in hotels of that age. If you found it suitable for a one-night stay or a business stopover, especially being close to Heathrow, we hope we may perhaps see you again sometime.

Dear guest,\n\nIt is excellent to hear your emphasis on \u2018really good value for money\u2019. It is our principal claim, with free parking and cooked English breakfast as a popular bonus, not normally obtainable in our price range.\n\nAs you mention, our village-like locality with its refreshing greenery makes for a pleasant surprise, especially as it\u2019s so close to Ealing and southall and easily accessible to the West End.\n\nIn our recent refurbishment project, we placed a high priority on soundproofing, which is clearly necessary when facing on to a main road, and your comment provides welcome confirmation that this has been achieved.\n\nFinally, you mention our friendly and helpful staff. All our team are trained in this culture, which goes naturally with a Long-established family-run hotel.

Dear guest,\n\nThank you for your favourable comments about Boston Manor Hotel. Following our recent refurbishment, all rooms are now equipped with the furnishings and facilities normally identified with more expensive hotels, and they look especially clean and well-kept. We\u2019re glad you enjoyed a good night\u2019s sleep and a satisfying breakfast, and that you found room to park in our car-park.\n\nIt\u2019s true that Hanwell is an unpretentious location, but many visitors find the peaceful village atmosphere refreshing. As for the steps up to the room, we acknowledge that this is a minor inconvenience, but it is a standard condition of older buildings like ours. We must apologise for the absence of a basin-plug, and will make a point of replacing it. Your suggestion of a shampoo in addition to the soap is most helpful, and we will consider this idea.\n\nWe are especially pleased that you found the price to be good value.

The message really seems to be getting through to sports-fans that you can economise on your London visit without lowering your standards, and reach most of the venues quickly and easily from our convenient location in Hanwell.\n\nWe\u2019re glad you appreciated the early check-in, which we sometimes allow at the discretion of the receptionist. We do realise what a difference it can make to a short visit, and it\u2019s an example of the friendly personal service in which we train our staff in this family-run outlet. The free parking in the gated car-park is also noticed as a rare privilege in the capital.\n\nYou say you would be willing to re-book here if you were in the area. We hope we may have the pleasure of welcoming you again.

Dear guest,\n\nMany other discerning travellers such as yourself have found Boston Manor Hotel the most practical and affordable choice when visiting tourist sites in West London.\n\nOur newly refurbished accommodation has earned much praise from recent visitors, and we have taken special care to insulate the bedrooms from traffic-noise. As we\u2019re one of the few outlets in London to provide free parking, the car-park is liable to be quite full, but our staff are aware how much difference it makes when the customer is alerted the moment a space becomes free.\n\nFinally, our home-cooked English breakfast is a popular speciality, for which we have received many favourable comments. It seems to send our guests away on a happy note.

Dear guest,\n\nYour claims about a pre-authorised booking are not confirmed by our records. Your booking was made via booking.com on April 1st and cancelled by them the same day. When asked, you were not able to provide proof of any direct booking with us made with us after that.\n\nIt is not true that we caused you to miss the first night of the Festival. We had a room available on that evening, and you could have booked in at once, before seeking a room elsewhere for the second night. Meanwhile you complained at length to our receptionist in a threatening manner that was quite unjustified and highly distressing. Finally, we did not receive any emails from you afterwards, or we would certainly have replied to them.\n.

Dear guest,\n\nThank you for your appreciative comments. If you room was clean and tidy, that is the moderate level of comfort we claim to provide, and it is good to hear a guest acknowledging it. A minifridge would be appropriate to a higher grade of hotel, and would require higher prices than our clients are accustomed to pay.\n\nWe\u2019re also interested to note that you are one of the growing numbers of discerning sports fans who select us for their Wembley visits. Even though there isn\u2019t a direct route by public transport, you can get there surprisingly fast, using the printed directions we issue to guests, as you mention.\n\nFinally, you say you would be happy to stay here again. We look forward to the chance of welcoming you here for your next visit.

If your looking for a cheap hotel in London then you could go for the Boston Manor, the rooms not bad but getting to it is a Warren of stairs and halls Harry Potter style. Free car park and free breakfast all for just \u00A365 however you have a low to no chance of actually getting a seat either in the small restaurant which only seats 20 percent of its patrons or the rooms toilet which is rather shoe horned in. Budget hotel that just does the job, it's close to the tube though so quick to London central if you want a base to operate from and was ideal for Wembley I would advise bus the tube needs a lot of changes to get to Wembley. Not the greatest but then you don't pay their prices.

Well were do I start \n\nCheck in fine, trek to from challenging, 50 steps, up & down & around. \n\nCosy room, even cosier shower room (cosy means small ).Comfortable & clean though. \n\nShame the numb-nuts neighbours thought it was a good idea to leave their fan on, which sounded like a generator under our bed \n\nBrekkie was good except finished at 9AM on a Sunday & everyone tried to fit into their little breakfast room at once.\n\nFree Wi-Fi was great.\nFree Car Park brilliant \n\nWould we stay again? Definitely not.

Stopped here overnight on a rugby trip and didn't find any fault with it. 4 of us in a family room all very happy with the beds and shower, only used the room to sleep in so didn't need it for anything else.\nlady on reception was very friendly and check in was quick and easy and coffee making facilities available in the room which was welcoming after a Long trip from Yorkshire.\n10 minute walk to the tube station but there are bus stops nearby.\nInside was a bit of a maze to find our room but a night out in central London probably didn't help our directional sense!!!!.\n\nBreakfast was ok and probably the reason I didn't give 5*'s. small dining room so had to wait for other groups to vacate before we could go in, coffee and fruit juice were available to help yourself and breakfast was cooked to order, full English was a bit disappointing as I only got 1 piece of bacon and 1 sausage and half a plate of beans with a scrambled egg, expected something a bit more substantial if I am honest but for the price we paid I am happy with the overall experience and would definitely base myself here again if needed.
