The room was a little small for two adults but the beds were very comfortable, the decoration in good shape and the room was clean. The kettle was very small and barely made two mugs of tea/coffee without boiling over and the complimentary tea/coffee etc.

This is the best of the places we've tried in West London, and was nicer than the 5* hotel we stayed in the night before, which cost 3x as much. Clean and modern, the room was small but well equipped. In room safe, slippers, nice.

Nice Hotel in a decent location. Would have rated it a 5 but the incense burning in the lobby was so very overpowering, I immediately got a headache. Well appointed room but somewhat small. Price was good and cheaper than through the website or other website.

This place really does live up to all the reviews. I got the deluxe room, it was great! I recommend this place its close to Kensington Palace and it's walking distance to two underground. The restaurant is great too. You are able to walk to.

Stayed as first time guest. Staff at the reception very friendly. Single person room, a little small but fine for London standards. All very clean. Nice bathroom. Great bar and very central. Super close to Paddington. And the rest easy accessible by bus, walking etc.

We just completed an eight night stay here. The hotel was easy to find via public transportation, attractive, and within comfortable walking distance of Paddington, Bayswater, Queens Way and another Tube station, so there was easy access to pretty much anywhere in central London. Our.

review: Very impressed. The Hotel was clean, tidy. Rooms were a little small, but as expected in London. The bar was open when I waned to use it, which can be rare for boutique hotels. I would and have recommended this hotel. If the tube station was next door, it would be perfect..
