We stayed here for one night on the 11-12-18 room 233 Fantastic hotel Staff were amazing ( especially the guy on check in. sorry cant remember his name. But he had a bandage on his hand) and so helpful We were given a welcome cocktail which.

We booked a weekend away (from the children) in London for our joint Birthday celebrations. From the moment we entered the hotel lobby and dropped the car keys off we felt the stress fall away. The reception staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating -.

Visited for afternoon tea, lovely cosy room, speciality bread for sandwiches which was a very pleasant change, wonderful small scones, and cakes very pretty. Big choice of teas and infusions. Excellent friendly service I have been to outlaws a few times, and have always found.

If you want to stay in the heart of Knightsbridge, close to shopping and tube to visit major sites, this is the place. We had a small room, the smallest they had as the receptionist mentioned when trying to upgrade us, but it was fine.

I have stayed here many times over the years and certainly a great location for shopping and the tube is nearby. Rooms are cosy and comfortable, if not somewhat old fashioned. Main concern on this visit was the total lack of welcome and helpfulness from.

Stayed last fri/sat night. Cannot be anything other than complimentary about the Capital. Had not been before but will go back. Great location, excellent staff and accommodation. Unfortunately due to circumstances we did not manage dinner in the restaurant although did have a very good lunch.

I went to the hotel for a business trip and the hotel location is super good. The room space and the crew were great. Nothing to worried on that front. Even had a personal written welcome card with a bottle of a nice wine in.

We love the Capital. The staff are all so friendly, efficient and willing to help. It is a lovely hotel. The bar is warm and homely and we loved the little dish of tasties that is put in front of you when you sat down.

Lovely afternoon tea experience. It was late Monday afternoon and I was delighted to be the only guest in the cosy sitting room. The waiter who served me was very friendly and I felt well taken care of. The food was great (I especially loved.

Liked: We had dinner at the hotel because our friend had heard the chef was special. I must say it was a huge disappointment. The focus of the meal was the meat. It was mostly fat and grissle and completely submirged in the sauce which did not make it any better. We are unaccustomed to ever returning meals but this bad meal almost changed our personal policy.
