Dear Jemie, \n\nThank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. \n\nOn behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Please be advised that we have inspected the whole floor and there were not any wares or holes found, and curtains are in a good condition.\n\nPlease also be informed that, at 4:00am the only staff we have in the hotel is the night shift receptionist and the first person coming at work is starting at 6:00am. Since our breakfast starts at 6:30am, there are not guest either that could make the reported noise. \n\nSincerely,

Please be advised that all our rooms are a standard size rooms for this type of buildings (A listed building). Regarding the bed mattress, we have checked the bed and there were not issues found, the bed is as soft as per standard. \n\nMany thanks on advising us about the shower noise, please be advised that we have ordered a new unit in order to replace the noisy one. As we needed a room close to London St Pancras because we arrived back from Disneyland Paris at around 7pm, the location was good but that is where the positives end. We had family room number 113 and had to push our way down a corridor.

The Hotel is a perfect choice for short stays in London. We did arrive at Luton Airport and the whole journey to the Hotel took less than 1hr. Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from St. Pancras station. Thanks to this you can easly reach.

Booked here back the beginning of the year, had an accident in work and could no Longer make it. Phoned them up and cancelled it, everything seemed fine. They then proceed to take £129 from my account yesterday 'penalty charge' because I didn't inform Expedia.

This is a converted row of houses, so access is through narrow corridors. A lift is provided to all floors and my wife was able to get around easily with her walker. Rooms are clean and modest. Storage is minimal, but the en suite bathroom.

We booked this accommodation, through our travel agent, for it's closeness to St Pancras Station so we could walk to catch the Euro Star. This was the only redeeming feature of this hotel from our perspective and the fact that we were only there for.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting London. Location really good. Hotel nothing fancy with the rooms very small as most hotel rooms seem to be in big cities. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was ok. However I would recommend.

Liked: We were leaving exceptionally early on our way to Switzerland so staff put out breakfast for us. It was great to be able to have a proper breakfast before our Long journey. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for St Pancras station.

Disliked: When booked the room, I stated that I had difficulty walking and need a lift, basically no stairs! On arrival which was late. The room was not in the main building, we had to go outside about 3 doors away (luckily it was not raining) only to find we was on 3 floors up all narrow stairs and no lift. As it was late they managed to find another room just off reception, we had to take this as we was so tired after a Long days travel. The room was so small, it was more a single room with a shower room about the same size! It was ver6 uncomfortably and the worst nights sleep ever. We did not bother with the cold buffet breakfast as we could not face going down to the basement! After spending the night in basically a cupboard. This is more of a hostel than a proper hotel and was very over priced! Would not recommend at all, very disappointed.
