Disliked: Having to pay for the car park, however because of the location I was happy to pay this. But it did put me off staying at the hotel. Separate steam and sauna rooms. As explained above.

Disliked: Arrived at 10.15pm. They don't make the ¯¿½15 parking charge clear and parking itself is about 12 underground spaces which also service a gym, as we were in a Long wheel base van we were too high for the multi storey at the end of the road and the staff were far from helpful, reception staff refused to cancel the booking even though we couldn't park up and wanted to charge us full cost. After driving round for 45mins finally found a space and went to register. Tried to pay but then had card problems. What a godsend!

Disliked: I was stating with my five year old son. This was specified on the booking form. When we entered the our room, it absolutely stunk of smoke. I went to speak to the receptionist who was very helpful and changed our room immediately. Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations that just so happened to be on our floor so we had to dodge builders and decorators that were working on the floor, including wet paint and tools. Our sink was blocked and our double bed was two singles pushed together. We had a view of another building facing directly towards ours so we couldn't open the curtains. The room didn't have a main light and therefore we were using lamp lights. The food was nice but overpriced. The music from the gym can be heard within the rooms.

Hotel wad clean, some staff had limited English. They booked a taxi for us, which cost more than twice the standard rate. Insisted they charged our credit card with £30 incase we used the mini bar in our room. Our bed was massive & the rooms whilst small were stylish.

Disliked: Dodgy air con didn't work well. Windows sealed and didn't open so room felt like your in a bubble.

Liked: Our heating did not work at first and the receptionist tried her utmost to rectify this. They were very polite, and friendly. After looking at various reviews some good some poor I was a little apprehensive but immediately we arrived my worries disappeared. Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely

Disliked: My bed sheets were not changed during my 3 day stay. Windows do not open at all so can feel claustrophobic at times. Staff is not quick to process check in and check out.

Liked: Staff were excellent and made to feel welcome. Room was clean and amenities were first class.
Disliked: The room had minimal hanging space (and minimal space around the bed). Originally booked because of 'near' proximity to Twickenham Stadium (I think 1.2 miles was quoted) - which was not the case. Fastest walking route was over two miles.

Liked: Very close to Hunslow station but the room is very little but well equipped with television and usb chargers Iron in the room good bathroom
Disliked: The Hall and corrdiors and elevators are not at the level of a 4 stars. Not really clean the common areas. All modern but very used. The room (Bed) is very clean but carpet is just ok. Bathroom is ok but not on a 4star level at all The Hotel could be rated as a good 3 star. cleanliness must be improved

Liked: The hotel is just nearby the tube (sub ground) station, very convenient for transportation to almost everywhere in great London, very good for people to use Heathrow Airport. The room is large enough even for one couple with one child and clean. These is a heater for boiling water, which is good for people from Asia such as China, Taiwan, Macro, Japan and other regions where people like hot water for drinking. There are many shops around the hotel, being especially good for food. Typically all people at reception are almost new residences from all over the world, who are very friendly and helpful, also beautiful.
Disliked: The shower is a fixed one, it is not so convenient, but the hot water is great

Disliked: The staff was inflexible for earlier check in for those coming from Long distances. There was no mention on the web site that if you arrive between 1-2 pm you would not be allocated a room before 2.00 pm. It should have been clear at reservation time. There was also no mention of extra deposit that the hotel demanded to keep for any food to be taken. This situation could have been avoided by blocking credit for the guest for any food supplies.

Disliked: We had no television for one night of our stay with no reduction in our room rate and were told when we asked to cancel out second due to the fact there was no television that we had to pay a cancellation fee. There was no management on site nor was there anyone else to speak with apart from a receptionist who knew nothing about anything.

Disliked: Phoned for room service and was told they where to busy call back later. When I called back around 35mins later the phone was hung up twice. (very unproffesional). Room was cold because heating was not working which I reported three days in a row. Nothing was done t correct the problem despite promises from staff.

Disliked: I had a very bad experience with this hotel. When I arrived I got told their was no booking under my name. I got told to check with my bank if payment had left regardless of me specifying that I was there to pay. When I woke up for breakfast which I had paid for with my booking I got told by the restaurant their was no breakfast included. This was the second time I got told things weren't in order. When the breakfast finally arrived to my room, it was an omelette and 2 cold hash browns with some toast. I paid ?27 for breakfast and didn't receive a proper breakfast. When I went to complain at the front desk the receptionist was no help only asking for the service charge for the breakfast being delivered to the room. Worst experience ever had

Liked: Comfortable beds and decent shower. Dinner in restaurant was delicious but quite expensive. Location for Heathrow airport is very convenient.
Disliked: Disappointed to find pool and spa were closed for renovation. Accidentally walked into Gold's gym from the wrong floor of the hotel and were promptly frog marched out by gym staff member. No customer service skills at all. We felt quite intimidated by his action towards us. Gym has a very sweaty smell to it.

Disliked: Management is below any standard ! I was staying with them several times and at one occasion I couldn't return on time so just called informing that I'll stay one more night or pay late check out fee. In the room I've left my laptop, tablet and few other valuable items. In the morning also friend of mine came to refresh and have some rest. In the afternoon hotel stuff with security guard ! Kicked him out saying that room isn't paid so he has to leave ! Next day when I've returned I got bill where was stated - 5 x ?10 late check out plus charge for last night ! so they kick out my friend, charged me for extra night and on top of that I had to pay 5x late check out fee! After I refused to accept it as irrational they removed the late check out fee. When they bring my belongings ( in plastic bin bags ) I found out that my clothes, laptop etc were mixed up with. Rubbish that was in the hotel room bin ! Thanks a lot ! Amazing costumer service.

Liked: The bed and decent sized rooms. Also the touch less control panel enabling you to do things like switch off all lights and let house keepers know you wish not to be disturbed. It avoids getting up continuously.
Disliked: When we checked in we entered our first room which smelt horrific due to the toilet blocked and smelling of sewer. The water inside the toilet was brown. We spoke to the daytime receptionist which kindly moved us to another room available and apologised saying that rooms toilet cluggs up. I was told the facilities will still be available later after I checked in, I called later from my room then they said tomorrow then when I asked the next day they said it's only available for men?? literally annoyed I travelled 2hrs for the facilities and couldn't do nothing but gym. I loved the steak before when I visited here then my chips this time was not cooked properly. On the last night in the hotel we still wanted to try something other than that dish then they told me I have to eat elsewhere because they were having a Xmas party. You pay to stay and have continental experience then they treated us like the Xmas guests were the only thing that mattered which was appalling. Then I spilt Cola on my sheets and asked a woman named Lee at reception before I headed out to send housekeeping to change the sheets ( this was discussed at 2pm). I came back ( at 5pm and they left the sheets on my bed as if I was to do it myself because the house keepers shift was finished I had to ask the next receptionists at around 7 to send someone up in which she did, now this male housekeeper cleaned our room and insisted to move our dishes just to leave it infront our room door until the next morning. I asked to speak to a manager and everyone's telling me the manager is away until after New Years. It's just one head receptionist called Janet in charge. That's probably why they offered horrible customer service. What manager travels on the busiest time of the year. Absolute joke and this was my best hotel.

Easily access by the tube, not too far from Heathrow. Stayed one night. Interesting Upgrade of the Electric system with fancy switches but a bit tired in the hallways. Clean rooms, polite staff. Close to a few local amenities, and peaceful neighbourhood.

Disliked: The staffs are very friendly but the policy of the hotel does not allow them to talk with clients. Honestly, that thing makes sometimes the guest feeling alone and not comfortable talking to the staff. I think they should chang their policy and give the staff more freedom to talk to the guest as they are not a machine. Thanks.

We had a great stay, the rooms were really clean and great value for money. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful at night and the staff were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! The hotel is literally a few footsteps away from Hounslow central tube and very close by high street. Highly recommended!

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly and good communicators, as were bar staff, though they were flummoxed by a pretty basic cocktail request.
Disliked: The room was tiny and shabby - the cosmetic refurbishment did not fully cover the moldy sink and tile, the handle of the water tap kept falling right off, and the electric plug by the bed was incorrectly wired, so I couldn't charge my phone if the bedside lamp was turned off!

Disliked: The door of the shower was falling off. The toilet seat was wonky so half of your buttocks were in the toilet and half on the seat and finally the breakfast was poor and well below standard!
