Dear Marcusmastif, \n\nThank you for your feed back regarding your stay, I am deeply sorry for the noise disruption, we try and advise all guests to be considerate at times like this and we monitor for any noise disruption. I am sorry that in your case this did not happen. We do have two wings at our property and have the ability to ensure a good nights sleep. If you choose to stay with us again please make contact with myself in advance and I will ensure you have a extra quiet night and we will do something extra special for you as well.\n\nRegarding the menu selections we should have all items available daily, I have reviewed this with our Kitchen team and can assure you that going forward we will have everything available daily. Stayed here while my daughter went to a gig in London. Chose this because it accepted dogs at £10 extra per night. Easy to find. Ample parking. Friendly, efficient, knowledge Reception staff. Unfortunately no name badges so can't pick any one out. Breakfast did the.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location in the middle of a remnant of the ancient Epping Forest. Rooms are typical business/bland style and could be improved with a few colourful pictures or something on the walls. There are no drawers or.
