Grange Fitzrovia Hotel is undergoing some routine external maintenance and cleaning which requires scaffolding to be placed around the building. The work takes place between 10.00 \u2013 5pm, with estimated completion date of 31/08/2019. The scaffolding project follows all guidelines set forth by the building management and health & safety and the hotel does their best to limit the amount of noise or disruption throughout the work. On arrival the outside looked really nice but in reception my opinion changed it looked tired and grubby. Check in staff were polite and told me my room was on Lower Ground. Went to room, opened the door to see a pull down bed from the wardrobe and the room was tidy but not clean, carpet felt sticky and didn\u2019t feel clean, bathroom looked as if it had been wiped over but not cleaned. I had arrived late and was tired and leaving for a meeting at 7am so just thought it\u2019s 1 night just go to bed but no that was not going to happen as being on lg the train went past every few minutes and kept me awake until about 2.30am woke up by it at 5.30 so 3 hours sleep when I had a meeting was not good. Tried to have shower but water was scoulding hot had bath but used cup n sink water to add cold water worst place I\u2019ve ever stayed and would warn people not to stay here it\u2019s vile.

I really enjoyed my time at that hotel. Very nice and cooperative staff. Very convenient location. Close to coach stations and different stores. Will highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Excellent value for the money and wouldn't look to book any other hotel when staying in this location. \n\nIt may be a bit dated compared to some of their other hotels but it has character and ticks all the boxes for me.

Lovely hotel, bang central location, convenient for tube station, shopping and eating. \nStayed on a business trip and excellent location for commuting to my office. \nStaff are very attentive and pleasant. \nWill definitely be back.

Last minute booking for a theatre visit. Couldn\u2019t fault it (or to do so would be nit picking). \nHow I remember a hotel should be but with all modern expectations met. Efficient paperless check in. Staff who looked pleased to see us. Room as expected and quiet and comfortable. It\u2019s not new and doesn\u2019t pretend to be. Everything worked. Everything spotless. Lovely slouchy chairs scattered around the lobby. Door held open for us with friendly greeting even at 3am. No charge to store our luggage for a few hours following check-out. \nWe would go back tomorrow.

Was booked into this establishment by the company via a third party website. We paid for a superior room. Hmmm obviously that means something different in London. My room had a fold down bed and I enjoyed the intimate sounds of the tube/.

Stayed there while on a Christmas market tour. Clean but old hotel. You have to wait about ten minutes before reflushing toilet. The shower and faucet fluxuate between cold and hot. Faucet will sometimes not get cool or cold. Food was ok though does not.

Hotel is on a quiet side street so no traffic noise. 5 minutes walk to nearest tube station and 15mins walk to Oxford Street. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, lobby small but nicely furnished. Breakfast is included in room rate, but cold option only,.

Second stay at a Grange Hotel in Fitzrovia recently, both as bad as each other. This one is a slight improvement on Langham Court but only just. For the price its dated, the showers didn't work properly and the shower screen wouldn't shut and the.

If the hotel staff cannot make a simple sandwich on the 24hr service, and understand that over an hr waiting for the said sandwich is not good enough, then they shouldn't be working at a hotel Cannot believe it.

I've stayyed at the Grange Fitzrovia on many occasions for both business and pleasure. Its location is very convenient being 5 minutes walk from Gt Portland Street tube and about 10 minutes from Oxford Circus. Its a quiet hotel, staff are always very pleasant and.
