review: had a twin room for 1 night with contintal breakfast room on the small side but very well furnished and clean staff were very polite and food was very good would definitely stay again

review: Our room was so small it was like a cell, the bed, supposedly double, measured just short of 4'wide - no room to open up a suitcase or store it. so hot and stuffy, windows had to stay open and noise levels were awful - there was the remains of a pizza in its delivery box in the drawer when we went in. Is this a 4* experience?
