Nice modern city hotel in a great location. Staff at reception and with luggage fast and efficient. Unfortunately there are some details that I would not consider at 5 stars level. Roof-top bar always dismissed: no bar tender and no-one there. It seemed that no-one cares, which is a shame given the view. The management should intervene. No bathrobes and no evening room maid service. The bars are nice but very limited in food choice. This said, I think I will stay again but for me it is a 4 stars.

Bar staff very rude, didn't care when I told him he served a drink with a fly in it. Studio apartments are not very nice and was in a separate building. The spa and pool were very nice, the staff were very nice in the spa area.
