Regrettably, we were not permitted to install air-conditioning when we converted this property. Very nice hotel in a classic building, the staff was friendly, The breakfast, both continental and full English, was tasty, the hotel has a beautiful, very relaxing, garden. We will come back next time we go to London. Jorge from Spain.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. Our room, on the second floor, was at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and the back of The British Museum. It was very comfortable and lovely and quiet. There was a good range of tea bags and coffee sachets on the hospitality tray and clean towels were supplied daily. My only \

Although located well, this hotel is tired and in need of brightening up. The rooms are small and the only plus for us here is that we had a perfect view to a gorgeous looking hotel opposite. The bathroom was surface cleaned but there was.

Easy walk from Euston station at just 15 minutes. You can get the tube to Russell Square or Tottenham Court Road. We are using the Garden Room Suite. Staff are friendly. Lunch was good with a mix of hot and cold savouries with fruit and.

cosy and warm townhouse hotel behind the British Museum The staff was good enough, the room clean and confy enough and the overall experience was quite good although it was used just for sleeping. I had a room overlooking the back garden and the walls.

Have stayed here many times. The rooms are great and you can have a good nights sleep in noisy central London as it is off the beaten track. The staff are exceptional and the experience staying there is a good one, however I have one.

The location is great: on a residential oriented street close to the British Museum, tub stop, and theatres. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Our priceline room was a small room in the basement on the street side. We were upgraded to another room.
