Good afternoon, \n\nThank you very much for your feedback.\n\nI would like to start by expressing my regret that you did not have an enjoyable stay at our hotel.\n\nUnfortunately, I do not have your email address on file, and would therefore greatly appreciate it if you could email info@gnhlondon.com so that I may contact you directly.\n\nI am so sorry that you did not find your room to be comfortable, and can assure you that we always do our very best to allocate suitable rooms to those guest with mobility difficulties. However, sometimes it is simply not possible to change the rooms as we are fully booked.\n\nI would also like to apologise for the fact that the Pantry had not been restocked. Our Pantries are regularly checked and restocked throughout the day and night, however it appears in this case that was not done. I am very sorry for our mistake.\n\nI am so happy to hear that you were impressed with our Bar and Hotel staff and look forward to hearing from you so that we can go through your experience in more detail.\n\nYours sincerely, \n\nBenedict Eccles-Williams\nDirector of Rooms\n.

You can't argue with the convenience of this hotel - it's in Kings Cross. You pay for that convenience, but the hotel mostly lives up to its price. It's comfortable and convenient and service is very good. The staff often went out of their way to be helpful.

Stayed one night was very impressed with the service, quality of room and pantry on each floor. Easy access to all amenities, tube, shops, taxis, restaurants. Bars all good and we had a lovely breakfast on day of departure.

We stayed here when we had an early morning Eurostar departure just before Christmas. The location could not be easier for this. Check in was efficient and when they saw my mobility issue which I had not mentioned the taff relocated us to a more accessible room, and also helped with our cases the next morning. The room was large with a comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet given the busy location. Though there are cheaper places nearby there cannot be any better and we will certainly use it again whenever we travel from St Pancras on Eurostar.

I absolutely love the hotels location. Right between Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations. You are literally at the crossroads of London as far as the tube or trains go. I was greeted immediately upon entering the property, checked in without delay and taken immediately to my room. Very exceptional service. I love the bar and caféé outside where you can watch the world go by. There are several pubs nearby and just about any restaurant you could want. While it may be on the higher end it is well worth it. I definitely recommend this property.

Svetoslav made out stay fantastic we met him at front of house he took us to one of the lovely rooms in the hotel made us settle in run through everything available to us showed us the lovely pantry available to guests which is a brilliant idea offering cakes chocolates coffee and tea.\nIn my experience running businesses It goes to show if you get the right staff don\u2019t miss them on your journey as they hard to get and this guy has big talent.

King's Cross is a bit out of the way for seeing London but perfect for connections to Heathrow and trains to the rest of theUnited Kingdomand the continent. This hotel has been beautifully redone. The room is spotless and full of great mod-coms. The quality of the linens is exceptional, the place is spotless, and the fixtures functional and of the highest quality. I had a view of the station roof but that was fine. I absolutely love my room and I have never said that of a hotel so enthusiastically. The front desk was great but the bellman was a bit too enthusiastic!
