We were bought this buy our daughters for a one night stay + Tina the musical. The welcome we received was wonderful, the room was first class, and all the staff could not have been more helpful. This hotel made the whole experience fantastic from start to finish. Thank you.

Loved everything about this hotel. The neighbourhood is fantastic (Mayfair) and if you love to walk this is a great location. Hyde Park is just across the street. The staff is exceptional from the doormen, housekeeping and front desk. There is a Starbucks on site and a few other restaurants. We went to the JW Steakhouse our first night in town and it was superb. My husband got sick our last night so I dined alone at the bar and the bartenders were just lovely. They sent me back upstairs with a concoction they made up for his stomach and some rolls. He felt better within hours. I cannot wait until I am back in London to stay here again. In the meantime I will suggest it to everyone I know.

It was a great stay for us from the moment we arrived right from the check in done by Martina who takes pride in elaborating everything you need to know about the hotel and the city and does not leave any possibility of the guest not being the most comfortable. One of the excellent properties you can find in the most exclusive locations in London and the hotel associates and management foes not miss any opportunity to make a difference regardless which area of the hotel and with whosoever one interact.. top marks for the management team.. Mr Jonathan was very very helpful in making the stay as comfortable as possible taking into account the needs and ensured all expectations are met and beyond.. Pablo in the lounge went to any extent to make the guest and us feel well taken care and had only one rule make the guests happy.. and when you felt a dull moment Edward will find you and engage you in a conversation and being so knowledgeable and friendly regardless what age group one belonged to he connected immediately.. One of the best property I came across where every guest is given so much attention but if you are Bonvoy member the recognition is superb..

We\u2019ve stayed here a few times and this is one of our go to hotels in London. We landed early and went straight to the hotel. Unfortunately the room was not\u2019t ready so we hung out in the lounge for a few hours. Annoyingly they refused to let us know a rough time as to when it would be ready. The lounge is fairly comfortable though but gets packed. Eventually, I went back to the desk and they were able to get us a room, still a while before check-in. Rooms are solid, though the shower only has half-doors which can be a bit messy. Great location. We love Mayfair.

This is my third time to Grosvenor House for champagne afternoon tea with friends and it never disappoints, and having sampled other venues, this is by far the best!\nWe were seated in the stunning Park Room at a table by the window overlooking Hyde Park. \nThe selection of food was delicious and they cater easily for allergies. \nAll staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive especially our waiter Altay who was amazing :) \nThe entrances to the hotel, the lobby and Park Room were beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and the piano playing in the background really added to the ambience. \nWe loved everything about our experience and will definitely be back again.

Every box was ticked for this hotel to earn a 5-star rating. \n\nRoom: The room was great, I am Marriott Platinum and used SNA's to upgrade to the Park View Suite and it was a very spacious room (even just the room itself, not just the living room). The room was cleaned early in the day and tidied up in the evenings as well. Was a little surprised there was no turn-down, but was not a problem. It was nice of them to freshen the towels in the evenings. Bed great, sheets very nice and the shades kept the room dark despite the early morning light.\n\nService: 5-star service all the way around. Doors are held and always greeted with a smile on entering and exiting the hotel. Concierge did a great job explaining the different ways we could get to the airport given a closure of the Piccadilly line for the Bank Holiday and organized a ride for us. Front desk was always more than helpful. \n\nExec Lounge: It's always a mystery to what type of lounge you'll get, as Marriott's are incredibly inconsistent. Delighted to report that the JWGH offers a fantastic lounge, spacious, clean, and the food/beverage options are extensive. Really quite nice for breakfast and evening aperitif's.\n\nRestaurants: One morning the lounge was too full for breakfast, so the host graciously gave us a certificate to use at the JW Steakhouse for breakfast. Most items were the same but did have some additional items. Everything was good - especially the fresh pressed juice. Service also great. Didn't have dinner or any other meals there. Park Room - Had high tea at the Park Room and it was lovely. They took care to explain the menu, make it feel non-rushed, quickly replenished any food we had eaten (you have a 2 hour window) and refreshed our tea about halfway through. Food was great, tea selection was large.\n\nOverall - 5-stars. It's competitively priced among other Marriott properties in the Mayfair/Westminster area - I would come here. Haven't stayed anywhere else, and don't need to - this was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is location wise...\nThe lobby is always crowded..the rooms are clean though but are kind of outdated..\nRoom service and food is fabulous! There was a helpful guy called Carlos for the room service that was so kind and helpful...\nThe food at the executive lounge was so good but the place is so over crowded !!! Loved this place !

As a first time participant in this old English tradition, I can only use words like magnificent, magical and marvelous to describe this experience. The hostess was respectful and courteous. Siri\u2019s service was great. The piano player was attentive to his American cousins. (I don\u2019t think that Georgia on my Mind was taught at a conservatory!) Finally, they offered to take our picture to mark the occasion. What a great way to spend 2-1/2 hours on an overcast afternoon!

As former SPG members we\u2019ve been exploring Marriott\u2019s various brands and decided to try this hotel for our London stay. We had the good fortune to be upgraded to an executive suite on the sixth floor. What a beautiful and comfortable room with all the luxury amenities that you see disappearing is so many other hotels. They even retain the evening turn down service. The members\u2019 lounge on the ground floor is exceptionally good and well managed. All of the staff we had contact with were professional and friendly.

For the cost of this hotel my expectations were quite high but quite reasonable. I was disappointed to learn that I didn't have a coffee maker in my room (just a hot water kettle with some INSTANT coffee). I was told by servicesthat my room didn't qualify for a that level of accommodation! ($500.00 a night) Then the skim milk (only option) was curdled. The final straw was the missing iron. The higher rating was given because the front desk personnel/ door man were very professional/nice and the location is desirable. I had stayed at the London Marriott County Hall earlier that week for 4 days and in comparison that was a 5 star experience.

I would like to thank a kind gentlemen who helped my wife and I out at the front desk to make the start of our honeymoon trip a great success. This man who worked the Front Desk was named Jonathan. I never caught his last name, but he informed us he was from Newcastle. My wife and I landed in London and arrived at our first hotel, It was the definition of a dump; moldy, torn-up carpet, no less than 4 insects flying around the room, and if I spread my arms out I would almost be able to touch the walls on both sides. Needless to say, this was not going to cut it. I immediately booked a few nights at the JW as I had stayed there once before with my father. When we got to the front desk, we had mentioned to Jonathan that we just booked the room no less than 30 minutes ago due to the situation I described above. After hearing it was our honeymoon, Jonathan told us he would try to make our stay extra special, which he absolutely did. Without asking, he upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, and graciously provided us access to the executive lounge for the duration of our stay. While it may have been a small gesture, it went a Long way in making the first leg of our honeymoon a beautiful success. Anytime I stay in London, you can bet I will be staying at the JW Grosvenor House from now on. Thank you again, Jonathan. Your actions did not go unnoticed and were very much appreciated.

Had a one night stay here and what a fantastic night it was. Arrived much to early before check in and they got me a rooms orted out in minutes, the room was an executive one and it was beautiful, immaculatly clean, lovely toiletries which were BVlGari, the exective room was lovely, it was quite big and enough room for everyone, had some nice cakes int he afternoon and a lovely spread on at night time. Plenty of alcohol for everyones tastes. It did get a bit crowded around 6pm when they put the food out, had breakfast in there which was nice. The hotel is right in the centre of Mayfair, tubes stations close I used both Bond Street and Marble Arch, wlak outside and you are there are Hyde Park, close to Oxford Street for shops and Regent Street etc etc. Every member of staff I encountered were fantastic (sorry never got their names) the hotel lobby is beautiful. Will stay here again sometime, I normally stay at Marriott Grosvenor Square but had a change this time. Will be back.

WE stayed in this great hotel in March 2019. It has beautiful decor, great service and good food. The restaurant and bar offer good choice and the food is delicious. we stayed in executive room which comes with access to lounge. Extra money for the room is definitely worth it with lounge offering breakfast, dinner, canap\u00E9s and drinks. The service is also good. The location is very convenient and close to oxford street as also the public transport.

I must thank Emily from the Events team, she spent a good 45 minutes sewing me into my evening dress that the zip had completely broken just moments before I was due at an awards night. \nso patient and kind, she didn\u2019t have to do that.\nOnce I did manage to get down to the event she had organised a bottle of champagne on our table to help calm my nerves after a horrid hour panicking I wouldn\u2019t be able to go. \n\nThank you Emily, you\u2019re a credit to the hotel.

We stayed one night here on a short trip to London. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, right across the street from Hyde Park. many of London's attractions are walking distance from here. Staff is extremely friendly and service oriented. We stayed in a wonderful suite with a view of the park. The room was amazing. Huge, bright living room with separate bedroom and bath. The exec lounge is very nice too. They offer breakfast (hot and cold), afternoon snacks, cocktail hour, evening snacks.\nWe did not attend afternoon tea in the restaurant but it looked wonderful. They also have a great steakhouse with outdoor seating when it's nice.

Fabulous week in a corner (fully wheelchair accessible) superior room. The decor was lovely and you could eat off any surface including the floors (I know - since I spent time crawling around behind furniture installing my husband's equipment). This is a truly wonderful hotel with superb staff who went out of their way to help make our stay memorable. There is full powerchair accessibility to all areas of the hotel - and they have really thought about accessibility rather than it being an add on. On the day we booked afternoon tea in the Park Room the wheelchair lift did not work to that section of the hotel. In minutes, a dozen assistants produced a ramp that was at least twenty feet Long, assembled it -and then jumped on top to ensure it was stable! They did a terrific job. We were really impressed with the hotel as a whole and would not consider staying anywhere else next time we visit London. Yes, it's a little more expensive - but if anything comes up (and when travelling with someone with a significant disability - something usually does) you can be assured that you will have support and help from the wonderful staff. We can't wait to go back. \nPS. The club lounge was also terrific - and again - the service was flawless and the staff wonderful.

I don\u2019t want to spoil anything but take it from me, this 2 hours (1.5 of champagne) is a great experience all round. Excellent setting, excellent staff, excellent food and drinks - the theme of excellent will sum up your visit. Trust me you won\u2019t be disappointed.

Stayed one night with my husband for our anniversary. The hotel is plush and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a executive room which was spacious and clean. The hotel were kind of treating us to a bottle of champagne and a tasty cheesecake to celebrate our Anniversary. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. A must especially for a special occasion.

Me and my husband stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed in a executive room, the hotel is plush and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel treated us to a bottle of champagne and a very tasty creamy cheesecake for our special day, which was very thoughtful.The breakfast is plentiful with a good choice of food. Worth a visit, especially for a special occasion.

I've stayed here countless times on business and have had experiences that range from fair to very good. The place is huge with labyrinthian halls, with plenty of bars to serve multiple tastes. Proper tea can be found just off the lobby, The Red Bar is more clubby with its low light, dark-as-night crimson luminance, and there's a nice brasserie on the Park Lane side that serves a great steak frites. This is square in the heart of Mayfair and there are tons of great restaurants and pubs to be found, all top shelf and within walking distance.
