There seems to be what looks like a good offer with Red Letter day. Do not book. It doesn\u2019t show any exclusions on a Saturday. I called up to make my booking and was told they had availability at a decent time on Saturday week, but as son as I mentioned my voucher the tone changed. You need to book yours on line. Strange that all Saturday availability had suddenly disappeared. In-fact there aren\u2019t any! \nWhat\u2019s the point of an offer. \nIf you know you cant offer a Saturday then exclude them!

gbk is pretty much consistently good. Food is fresh and tasty with competitive prices but the reason I\u2019m writing this review is to praise the fabulous staff at gbk near Waterloo station London. They were so pleasant. Smiling and fun. Gracious and helpful. More Of this please to all restaurant owners and managers. Makes the day so much better and will wavt to go back.

Dear Webbo87, \n\nFirstly we would like to thank you for the time spent on writing such a nice review.\nWe are glad to read your kind words regarding your stay with us.\nIt is a pleasure to hear that you have appreciated the cleanliness and the style of our rooms despite their size as also the amenities available, our housekeeping staff members perform their best everyday to offer a comfortable and clean environment for all our guests.\nIn addition, it makes us really proud to hear your opinion regarding our staff and their good manners. Being always available to help our guests is one of our most important targets, as also making them feel special with some small attentions such as some chocolates and a lovely card for their birthday.\n\nWe would like to thank you once again for having chosen our H10 London Waterloo. Awful customer service. We had booked a reservation of which the hotel had no record of and refused us our stay for our romantic weekend away. Would highly recommend this hotel is never used unless you want your money taken from you without actually residing in the hotel! Staff were extremely unflixible and unhelpful. For all your sake and sanity! do not use!

Dear Baliboylondon, \n\nFirst and foremost we would like to thank you for taking the time to review online your experience in our hotel.\n\nIt is a pleasure reading that you have appreciated the way our staff have tried to help with your inquiries although you haven't find them familiar with the booking system, stay assured that we always do our best to train our time in the shortest period of time possible to provide the best service.\n\nIt also makes us very happy to hear your positive opinion regarding our rooms and their views as also our terrace bar, which is one of the facility we are mostly proud of.\n\nOn the other hand we are deeply sorry to read about your bad experience with our breakfast.
