gbk is pretty much consistently good. Food is fresh and tasty with competitive prices but the reason I\u2019m writing this review is to praise the fabulous staff at gbk near Waterloo station London. They were so pleasant. Smiling and fun. Gracious and helpful. More Of this please to all restaurant owners and managers. Makes the day so much better and will wavt to go back.

Awful customer service. We had booked a reservation of which the hotel had no record of and refused us our stay for our romantic weekend away. Would highly recommend this hotel is never used unless you want your money taken from you without actually residing in the hotel! Staff were extremely unflixible and unhelpful. For all your sake and sanity! do not use!
