My sincerest apologies that you were disappointed with our breakfast, We do serve hot breakfast. Our breakfast starts at 04.00 to 06.00 which is cold breakfast and from 6.00 to 10.00 we serve hot breakfast. \n\nPlease accept my sincerest apologies for the encounters that you experienced during your stay with us. I was disappointed to hear of your experience and I have actually shared your feedback with the Operations Manager who in turn will address these matter with the team members in the meeting. This is certainly not the type of experience that we expect our guests to encounter when they stay with us and, this is not what we aim to deliver. \n\nWe strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future.\n\nI hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your stay was an exception.\n\nSincerely, \n\n.

my experience was excellent from the on line booking great price to the closeness of Gatwick terminal walking distance covered by the way. The staff was very helpful especially dave in security helpful with not only with baggage weighing it before leaving the next day getting the correct weight but also with providing us with a cart for our bags travelling to the terminal. The food selection was hot and numerous although the coffee and tea was not up to expectations being in england other than that it was excellent.
