Had a fantastic stay here! Room was large and spotless.\nThe staff at reception were very polite and welcoming.\nHotel it\u2019s self was clean and tidy fantastic welcome from the bar team \nThank you for a lovely stay\nWill recommend to everyone.

Me and my sisters were staying for 4 nights. The room was awful. we had a big old blood stain on the matras. second of all the housekeeping didn\u2019t properly clean the room, they only changed the towels. And to make matters even worse they left the door open when they were done. We found out that the door was not\u2019t closed hours later, when we came back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only person that properly helped us was Maria, who works in the restaurant and is not even in charge of the rooms.

Toilets tiles needed repair. Found hair in the bathtub. One of the FOH manager was not fit for the job. No warm welcome. \nAs had two rooms, both main beds were noisy. sofas beds were disgusting, not even made. Had to ask for clean bed sheets, blankets and pillow cover. \nFound vomit on cushions on bed sofas. Will not stay in this hotel again.

Booked for a business trip, so price was reasonable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good, again reasonably priced. What let the hotel down was the room, on first glance everything looked fine except for the bathroom, which was clean but lacked the essentials like no toilet paper!!!!!!! (Not even the remainder of a roll) or any shower gel/shampoo. Which you generally don't notice until you need them and having been out for a run shortly after arrival I really did need both. Reception saved the day but should not have had to!\n\nHopefully this is a one off but disappointed to say the least.\n.

Check in with Tarin was very friendly and welcoming. The foyer area is very nice with the flame effect fire giving a nice first impression. \nStayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms - loved the modern and stylish decor and quirky layout. Thought it had a Scandinavian feel to it. Thank you also for the 'best guest' water, chocolate and company of the Hilton teddy bear - that was a nice welcoming touch! \nBed is large and very comfortable and nice quality towels and toiletries are provided. \nBreakfast is a lovely experience. The omelettes freshly prepared by chef are delicious and huge! Very nice selection of cooked breakfast and the pastries, fruit etc are great too. \nParking is very reasonable for \u00A35 per night and there are plenty of spaces. \nVery convenient for the airport - less than ten minutes drive away.

very nice place, the stuff was very friendly, appreciate their patience since I was with my two little children. over all great place for vacation or business. The restaurant manager was outstanding.

Dear Kevski5\n\nThank you for taking the time to provide some valuable feedback on your stay with us.\n\nI am sorry to read that usually have a lovely stay with us, however on this occasion your stay with us was not as enjoyable as the others. I have investigated your comments regarding the accessible room and due to your time of arrival at the hotel these room were the last room available due to the hotel being busy. I totally understand that this room was a problem due to your wife having stitches in her shoulder and neck and please accept my apologise. However I am pleased that we were able to move you the following day into a room more suitable for your wife, and I am sorry to read that there was an issue with the TV in this room. I believe the food and beverage manager Ian tried to offer a solutions to this in the lobby area, and I can understand that this was probably not the best atmosphere for a festival, I can assure you that the issue is rectified now and can not apologise enough for this and sorry we couldn't help at time, and I know Ian tried his best to help with this. I am pleased that you found the breakfast was generally good, and we were aware that there was an issue with the coffee machine in the breakfast area and an engineer had been called and we were awaiting them to arrive. I have spoken to the team member on the breakfast shift regarding your comments and informed them that maybe the machine should have been put out of order for the time being, until it was in full working order again and we will certainly learn from our mistakes.\n\nI hope we are able to welcome you back in the near future to restore your faith in our hotel.\n\nKind regards \nPetra.

Please accept my apologise for the trays left along the corridor when you arrived at the hotel, I can assure you that this was certainly not exemplary of our usual standard however on this occasion we did get this wrong. I was shocked how good of a place this Garden Inn is. Expecting very little I was pleasantly surprised by a caring staff, clean if sparse rooms, and a 24 hour pantry. If you need to be in Hertfordshire and are an American use to being able to access necessities, this is the place for you. No thrills but that\u2019s not the point. Thank you to an excellent manager.

We used this as a park and fly one night stay. \nThe lobby, restaurant and rooms are very nice indeed. \nThe reception staff also very friendly and helpful. \nHowever the only let down was the restaurant experience, we were one of two tables occupied so shouldn\u2019t be too taxing for the kitchen, we ordered our food which arrived about 15 minutes later, or thereabouts, with the exception of one item the rest was cold and I mean stone cold, so the waitress who was not\u2019t happy about our complaint and made it obvious took one item away to be reheated, leaving me to wait before eating mine so we could eat together, which I think is the general idea, eventually after some deep sighs and rolling of eyes a very helpful and nice chef appeared, apologised and re made the whole meal, a bit of shouting to whoever was the culprit, and a very nice meal was delivered albeit missing some items which were in the first offering, but we ate it and it was very nice. \nAll in all though I would go again. We all make mistakes.

Found no issues. Can never complain with a free cookie at check in. Was also some sort of meet and greet with free nibbles going on which is always an added bonus.\nComfy bed, clean room and good shower pressure. Only negative was the damp stained ceiling above the door.\nWould stay again.

After a Long flight we had already booked 3 rooms here for the family and they booked 4 for us and we didn\u2019t ask for it when we tried to get the money back from the room we didn\u2019t use they refused and said that we were also late and we were supposed to check in by 12 but The flight was Delayed and then they tried to say we could of called them on the flight considering our phones have to be on flight mode and then they next tried to say that only 3 rooms were booked even thought we had 4 payments come out we didn\u2019t ask for this room they took the money out anyway and we didn\u2019t get our money back don\u2019t come here they will steal your money.

bed was 10/10 for comfort. the room was clean. overall the hotel was excellent. will definitely be staying here again.
