Extremely disappointed in my beloved Hilton brand over my stay here. Issue after issue after issue. I did my best not to complain but when I did was meet with disdain and condescension. I will not visit the hotel again during future travels to the United Kingdom.

Excellent service, staff very friendly and accommodating. Facilities excellent. Breakfast very good and wide variety. Would definitely stsy again. Had booked online and wrong dates, receptionist changed and was very accommodating.

This hotel has is in a great location and close to two great Indian Restaurants (around 30 minutes walk) though we could have had the food delivered and could have eaten it in the bar/restaurant area as we arrived late. The staff are very helpful. \nThe room was clean and tidy. There is an overnight parking charge of \u00A35 which they could have built into the price.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting friends. Twin beds were massive, room huge, very quiet even though we were near the road. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast had some good options, something for everyone. For the price will definitely stay here again if visiting friends in Luton. Just seems a bit more special than some of the other chain hotels in the area. Only bad thing is I like an opening window and they have air con here, but these days most places don't have opening windows.

I visited this hotel instead of the typical ones next to Luton airport to have a quieter night. \n\nIt is a very modern 3 story V shape layout with reception etc in bottom of the V part. \n\nNice welcome and pleasant seating next to gas fire. Behind a small partition is the bar and restaurant. There is also and outside seating area \n\nThis being a Garden Inn you can also purchase a few food items from a \u201Cshop\u201D \n\nNice size bedrooms with good shower\n\nThe hotel is on the Luton - Hitchen road so you might want to choose rooms away from that side. \n\n.

Had a 2 night stay with my wife and kids. Really enjoyed the entire stay from check in to check out. Special mention for Alexandra who helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. She also arranged for a special decoration with flowers and towels as it was our 7 year anniversary.\n\nThey have a guest microwave room wiyh 24 hour access which is always handy when you have kids and need to warm up food. \n\nWhipsnade zoo, woburn safari park and woodside animal farm are all a short drive away.\n\nWould highly recommend for anyone especially for a short family break away. \n\nWell done to everyone at Hilton Garden Inn especially Alexandra.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent gym. Food brilliant with lots of healthy choices.\n\nThe staff. Felt we needed a short break, and found this Hotel was doing a really good Overnight stay with Breakfast deal at \u00A359. A warm welcome and check-in, although no mention of Hilton Honours (of which we are members) and then without being pointed toward the Lifts, wandered around for a minute or so. Directions would have been helpful. The checkout experience was the complete opposite, with the Receptionist even taking the time to take my Phone and download the Honors App for me! The Room was spacious and facilities usual fare, two Double Beds, but without any Instructions, we struggled without success to change the Heating setting from Hot, and baked the whole night. The Restaurant Staff were lovely and helpful, and the Food was very good. A pity my favourite Pudding, Apple Pie not available (strange dish to run out of). Our only complaint on refreshments is the cost of Drinks, which we felt were a little expensive. The Breakfast again was a Buffet Style Full English Service, but this was complemented with a small counter next to the Hot Food which offered Eggs to Suit. Whilst this is generally offered anyway, we felt it was really good to have it right next to the rest of the Hot Food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the Staff almost without exception to be complimented on their focus on Customer Service.

The staff in this hotel was very helpful. Me and my partner have stayed in many hotel's but this 1 really stands out in the way of service. My newborn had he's jabs the day before and was a little bit unsettled. I was trying to eat my dinner while cuddling my baby. One of the lovely staff members offered to hold my newborn so I could finish eating my dinner. She entertained him by showing him things around the restaurant and talking to him which my baby enjoyed. The receptionist was also very helpful identifying our needs with having a newborn. Cracking service. Would definitely book again if we are back in that area.

Stayed here on the way to Wembley for a football match. Chose here for the night before the game due to location at the end of the a1. Easy overnight parking, charged at \u00A35 and conveniently located on the outskirts of the town so easy to find. There\u2019s not much near the hotel as it\u2019s on a business park. \nRoom was quiet, spacious and modern and the breakfast was good & buffet style. Gym on site too. \nWould definitely stay here again.

Our room was spacious. Staff were pleasant, polite and professional. Breakfast was great. Other hotels are cheaper but not as good. We tend to stay here when we visit Luton. It was a restful, enjoyable visit.

Good location, lovely hotel, very clean room and bathroom, some little toiletries in bathroom. Bed was a little hard for me but ok, pillows were lovely, free Wi-Fi in room. Bar was very nice, drinks were a little steep but expected, friendly staff, breakfast was very good with hot and cold buffet.\nRoom rate was quite good\nWould stay again.

My stay was as usual extremely comfortable with the staff very friendly. Adriana and Maria always friendly in the restaurant and Tania and Stevka really helping me out at the reception. I regret I cannot name everyone who was kind and helpful to me. The cook was flexible when it came to the menu. The housekeeping staff I meet are friendly and always greet you with a kind good morning as I go to the gym. It really is home away from home for me. I feel comfortable and relaxed, where staff really cares. I can recommend this hotel as a wonderful experience!

Travelled for the valentine week to a couple of countries and this happened to be our home for theUnited Kingdompart of the trip. Pretty quiet bonding time with the family, public transportation just outside the hotel with bus route to the mall. Pretty amazing experience.

Second time I have stayed here, (3rd night) brilliant as usual, we use the stay and park packages, mainly as I don\u2019t like leaving my car keys. Nice comfortably bed, and conveniently located for ltn, not so busy and the staff as always are on hand to help and Notting is too much trouble for them, even the taxi was ordered late in the evening and that was no trouble getting to the hotel for 4.35!

Stayed at this hotel for one night as it was closest to my son's football match. The staff were lovely and really helped me with my 2 young boys. Room 201 was very spacious, with all the basic toiletries and lots of clean towels.\nIt is a perfect family hotel and we noticed on floor 1 there is also a microwave room, which is amazing especially if you have fussy children.\nWe had dinner at the restaurant and the service was quick, with no complaints about the food. My little ones had fun and we will definitely be back again next time in Luton.

Yesterday we used the Woodside Suite for a family gathering following a funeral. The food and service were exceptional and special thanks to Maria who went above and beyond to help us - such a hard worker and so sweet. To Adriana also who helped us with the booking. I like these chains. Great rooms, reasonable prices and decent breakfast meaning you don't have to worry about lunch. When we got to the room there was a loud buzzing sound. Without any fuss I was moved and maintenance were on hand the next morning.

Staff is friendly, Tania at reception is very friendly and helpful, so is Maria. Staff in general are friendly and pleasant. I stay here a lot and it is really a great Hilton to stay. By far the best hotel in Luton. Food is good.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Ideal location close to airport and town. Very clean and modern decor. I would perhaps say this is used more by business people travelling or using its conference facilities for work. That said we had the same friendly professional.

Very corporate hotel but rooms comfortable and food and bar reasonable and not too expensive. We left our car at the location for two weeks whilst we were away and the prepaid transfers to and from the airport were excellent. This was perfect for us.

We stayed at the hotel prior to an early flight from Luton the next morning and were pleased with our choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was a good size and was clean. We were given a "best guest" discount of.

Liked: The whole experience was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. We thought it was good to have a laundry room and microwave room which we used. Above all it was the staff that were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The shop that was supposed to sell sandwiches and hot snacks and drinks 24 hours a day ran out of sandwiches by 9 30 in the evening and there was not much choice except for sweets and crisps for people arriving late and wanting something more substantial.

Liked: Reception staff were very welcoming and very helpful, rooms very clean and plenty on television to keep the kids occupied overall very good service provided

Disliked: Set up for breakfast not good queue was by staff door so staff were rude telling people to move as they couldn't get through although there was nowhere else to queue.

We stayed here for three nights on a short family break, booking a single room for three people. When we arrived the third bed was not made up in our room and we had to wait ten minutes for another room to be allocated. Later.

Great all round hotel spotless and comfortable beds room lovely and clean and plenty of room staff were very friendly and helpful all areas of this hotel was keep very clean, WiFi was pretty good too we didn't have breakfast but it was available so cannot.

Having worked in Luton for a few months now I have had a chance to try a number of hotels in Luton. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Luton. Friendly staff and great location far enough from the airport to.
