Food poor and then they add service charge without telling you and still want a tip they don\u2019t even ask if everything ok I had canelloni yuk load of slop wine ridiculously priced Prosecco \u00A332 back to the premier inn for me.

I have stayed here continuously for two weeks and the whole service has been outstanding. \n\nEvery member goes over and beyond.\n\nAny query, question or assistance is never too much trouble. \n\nThe food is brilliant and is the best hotel food I have ever tasted and such good quality.\n\nThe bar staff are really friendly and so welcoming especially Szidonia, she really is the best bar staff I have ever met.\n\nEvery day Szidonia looked after myself and anyone who was on the same business trip as myself and knew what we were ordering before we even said anything. \n\nBrilliant, all the best compliment to this awesome hotel, especially Szidonia.

Having stayed in Novotel for the past 5 weeks for work, I can safely say it is a wonderful hotel.\nAlthough the planes nearby are frequently passing over due to it's close location to the airport, with the windows shut I barely noticed them.\nThe bar/restaurant is a comfortable place to sit and eat or drink and the food is good quality (I highly recommend the onion rings)\nSpecial thanks to Szidonia who has been helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

My partner and I chose Novotel Stansted because of the location to the airport. Room was well furnished, reception Dell was very friendly and helpful and we appreciate the shuttle service both to and fro the airport. Just take note you have to pay in cash for the shuttle service so standby some small notes! Novotel is a good bet and won\u2019t disappoint!

We stayed one night before a very early departure from Stansted. This is a pretty standard airport hotel with some customer service issues. Our room was small but comfortable. There is a pleasant restaurant, with a little garden in the back where you can watch planes take off. The staff were generally nice, although I was surprised by the ignorance of the front desk clerk when we arrived the day before our flight. I asked her how we could get into the neighboring village, where there is a reconstructed Norman castle to which I wanted to take my son, and she acted like it was the most outlandish request ever. I don\u2019t expect a full concierge service at a hotel like this, but a minimal level of helpfulness would be nice.\n\nThe other really irritating thing is that they charge 3 pounds per person in cash for the 15 minutes shuttle to the airport, and don\u2019t take credit cards. Perhaps it\u2019s standard practice, but it seems totally cheap (and demanding cash is ridiculous). In the very least, they should tell people. It was a total surprise to us when we tried to catch the shuttle from the airport the day before our flight (after taking the train from London), and I had to scramble to find an atm (which charged huge fees). Plus the driver was extremely rude about it.\n\nIn sum, we got what we paid for, barely, but we would probably look elsewhere next time.\n.

The room was ok, it was what it said on the tin, however for the amount of money we paid softer pillows and mattresses would of been nice, a better selection on a very small tea tray, food in the restaurant was expensive for what you got, \u00A316 for breakfast! Not sure would return.

My mother and I had an extremely lovely meal for tea whilst on our stay. We had prawns to start and pasta and stir fry for main and it was amazing and could not fault the service by Dimitar. Will definitely be returning!

I stayed in Novotel for a few days in the end of july for a business trip. It was a great stay. I want to say thank you to all the staff especially to Cristina who works at the restaurant, she is very welcoming, very cheerful, and very knowledgeable when it comes down to the restaurant menu. We recently used their stay and fly deal and were very pleased with the service. \nNice quite room, good en-suite and nk problem with parking.\nThe shuttle bus runs regularly and getting our tickets authorized on return didn't take Long either.

Our Easyjet connecting flight to Edinburgh was badly delayed into the night so we gave up and rebooked for the next day's flight and booked ourselves into the Novotel for the night from the airport. Good service, great room and comfortable bed and also the bar stays open until late. After the dramas with our flight this was very welcome. Breakfast was the usual hotel offering.\n\nWe also appreciated the shuttle service. Though note that you have to to go down to the lower level of the airport and under to get to the Bay 20 where it leaves from. Nobody gave us this information just said it leave from outside which was quite confusing.\n\nOnly drawback was that this hotel is under the flight path and, much to our surprise, does not appear to have double glazing on the windows, so getting to sleep was a challenge with planes going over every few minutes. It did quieten down late at night until around 6am, but if you were staying there during the day and needed a sleep this could be a problem.

I was served by Dell and Ella at the front desk in a professional manner and a relax atmosphere and 2 big smiles, thank you for that. The hotel is very nice, room and bed very comfortable as well as the bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is really good with lots of choice.

Extremely pleasant experience for my staying. My warmest thank you and greetings to Fatma the manager and Roberto the receptionist which welcomed me as I was at home with my family, both of them were always smiling and looking after carefully at all my needs. I had sincerely felt at home. My room was splendidly modern and absolutely comfortable. Mention of honour for Roberto again who perfectly organized my trip from my place to London/here and who made my staying unforgettable. I will be back and I will strongly recommend this place to my circle of friends and family. I really wanted to personally thank Roberto again for his high level service standards but unfortunately when I checked out I was told he was off. You make the difference here in terms of welcoming attitude and atmosphere. 6 stars to front office.

This is a great place to stay and leave the car in their car park. It\u2019s handy and the hotel is good. Thought the food was a little lacklustre and if being really picky the towels are small and thin but overall it\u2019s a great find.

We had a very pleasant evening in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The decor in the room and public areas was good. The parking is onsite and cost only \u00A38 per night. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was good. The WiFi was excellent. We will use this hotel again.

Unfortunately, we were experiencing a high level of demand during your stay and therefore the car park was operating at full capacity.
