I can assure you that we strive to provide excellent service to all guests at all times, though upon investigation in to this matter, I have found several failings that resulted in your experience on the part of our front office and maintenance teams and for this I am sorry. In room fridges are not advertised as part of our offering and are only currently available in our Executive Rooms and our Staybridge Suites property, our pillows comply fully with ihg Brand standards and are replaced regularly in line with use and our hairdryers are also compliant with requirements. \n\nI would ask that should you find fault with any aspect of the service received you ask to speak to a member of our management team whilst still our guest and they will be more than happy to assist.\n\nOnce again, thank you for your feedback.\n\nKind Regards, \nKevin Byrnes\nGeneral Manager\nkevin.
