Dear 1899vpe, \n\nThank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us on Sunday 5th May. I am sorry to hear about the reservations system going down. Unfortunately, there was an error within our system, which took as a little time to repair and get up and running again for this I do apologise. It was a one off system error and is not normal practice. I\u2019m glad to the hear room was well equip for you needs. \n\nWe do try and stay competitive with our breakfast prices within the local market, but I\u2019m sorry you felt this was a little high. \n\nI hope you can give us a second chance to make up for our system failure and do decide to come back in the future if you function is at the hotel again. \n\nThank you\n.

Just finished a two week stay. Very comfortable room and bed, spacious and clean. From the check-in things were fine, the staff members from all over Europe were efficient and friendly. Car park under the hotel was easy and spacious - lots of spots. Watch.

We went to the England v south Africa match and needed somewhere to book somewhere to stay at the last minute. This hotel ticked all the boxes. Just a 40 minute walk from the stadium, our room was large, bright, clean and warm. The service.

Clean, warm and good value food. As always with Holiday Inn, kids eat and stay free. Probably more a business hotel than a family hotel but the children were welcome and had their own small ipad area. Also in the kids vip club there were.

Just arrived and parking underground was plentiful. Met at reception by a chap called kam who was very professional. Also when l was returning from the bar with my hands full he called the lift for me. As this stay over is for the wife's.
