The rooms are quite spacious for London. Seems like the hotel was recently renovated so the rooms are in good shape, although the shower was not very user-friendly. Big minus - the nearest underground station is only 10+ minutes away. Breakfast (Which is not included) is.

Hospitality is the essence of warmth and welcome but this hotel epitomises the worst of sameness and predictable expense. The rooms are attractive but cold both in terms of temperature and decor. Functional and serves a purpose but with little warmth or staff engagement.

This hotel was excellent. The reception staff on check in were very efficient as were the housekeeping staff. We stayed in a executive room which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff although it was extremely busy were well organised and the breakfast provided.

My husband and I turned up at the crowne plaza which is relatively short walk from Kings Cross station realising we had stayed previously when it was a holiday inn. The hotel inside had been refurbished staff were welcoming and efficient. Our although quite small.

Stayed here for one night in a quad room. Everything nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Only gripe was 3 hand and bath towels but there were 4 of us. And has to ask for more milk/coffee. Used the pool and spa in the morning at a charge of £3.50 but.

Good stay with family. Were given interconnecting rooms as requested and the hotel staff were uniformally friendly, efficient and professional. The rooms were slightly small but well decorated and comfortable. The pool area is good also, though a small fee has to be paid. Only.

Stay was good. Comfortable bed, clean room and really fluffy bath towels. Reception staff are warm and even the maintenance team member wishing us a good morning makes a difference. Definitely would stay again.

The crowne plaza is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, The breakfast was reliably good. The hotel was modern, clean and safe. The room could have used more storage though and the location while nice was a good 15 minute walk from Kings cross tube.

I stayed one night here whilst on business in London. I needed to be near Kings Cross as I had to catch an early morning train to Yorkshire. Check in was efficient and good and my room was on the 5th floor overlooking the Royal.

My Daughter, my two Grandchildren and I stayed at this hotel at the very beginning of the Month to see a show and visit Winter Wonderland. This is a nice Hotel, we had a lovely room with two double beds that were extremely comfortable with.

Cletson is amazing. The bar is spectacular. When somewhere has great staff there is not much more needed, however this bar has it all. Must see. Must visit. Must stay. The fin selection is out of this world, you must try a ¹œFerrari if you visit.

We stopped off at this hotel in London on our way to Paris for an evening. We spent some time in the bar tender - Cletson was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Room was fantastic & spa was great too!

This was my first time in this hotel. The staff were professional, the room was clean and adequately supplied. The problem was the gym, particularly the weights room. Machines their are rusty, missing components and about half the weights themselves are missing or partially damaged.

Lovely specious room, not that far from the Russell square tube station. Staff is friendly and helpful, I would recommend having more vegan options at the breakfast, as a vegan had each morning just cornflakes with soya milk and fruit salad as no dishes /.

just returned yesterday from a weekend stay at this hotel, Crowne Plaza, we have stayed at their other hotel which we really enjoyed but this one just beats it, lovely room, friendly obliging staff, so clean it was spotless, enjoyed the food and the 3 course meal that.

Booked a weekend beak for my husbands birthday through Superbreak, two nights with breakfast and a three course meal. (great offer as I also added our rail tickets) This is our 4th stay at this hotel and it won't be the last. We were welcomed.

Stayed here for one night as close to kings cross, after staying a couple of nights in a well know and much more expensive hotel on the strand, the crowne plaza beats the other hotel hands down, friendly service on check in.

Loved this hotel. Stay for three nights business and pleasure. Check in was prompt and friendly. Room was spacious and spotless. Bar was pleasant in the evenings and breakfast top class each morning. Must say hotel was extremely busy but functioned very well.

Well located between Farringdon and Kings Cross. Most rooms are new and well designed. Good night sleep as the area is not crowded. Nice places to eat at nearby Exmouth Market and also pubs. The hotel has a Belgos for nice Belgian beers (expensive though).

review: Hotel room was nice but it stops there.  Everything else was a disappointment!  Reception staff were rude, unhelpful and abbrupt.  Upon checkout I was totally ignored by the member of staff no conversation, not even eye contact.  I would not recommend this hotel to others.

review: The hotel overall is superb, I have stayed in many hotels across the country and room wise for a family of four the room was to a very high standard. The full English breakfast we had was also to a very high standard and is definitely worth the extra money over the continental breakfast. The facilities of the hotel are very good with an excellent leisure centre with everything you require in it for a short break.
The only reason I have not given this hotel a higher score is due to the Long walk from the nearest tube station. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk away from the nearest tube station and as we arrived late on it is very intimadating as the area is not the nicest and some parts are run down. Other than this a great hotel to stay in with some of the best facilities out of all the central London hotels.
