I would so like to give the Holiday Inn Lodon - Regent's Park a top rating for this review, as me and my family had a very nice stay here during our week in London thanks to the wonderful service and staff at the hotel. But sadly it will only be given an average as it gets dragged down by the overall cleanliness/freshness of the rooms and hallways. The biggest issue being that the floors are all covered by a not so fresh looking fitted carpet, making it look very outdated and filthy. We stayed in a standard double room in which we on the first day found an old pair of male underwear left behind on the bedside table (eew). Which was weird as the room otherwise was kept very clean by the staff. Also contributing to the low rating was the doublebed (so small it could have been mistaken for a single), and the terribly gloomy view overlooking the lower level rooftop and other neighbouring windows.\nWith that negative criticism out of my system, I would like to thank the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to fix any complaint or issue we had while still keeping a smile on their face and genuienly caring about our well-being. I would give the food offered in the breakfast buff\u00E9 and the restaurant an above average review, that keeps with the standards expected as far as hotel food goes. Well located and near the right stations, I was happy to be booked here. The hotel is neat and tidy. However if you big on your breakfasts, the options here are few and especially if you do not eat pork. The service is inattentive and quite frankly having staff during the breakfast is futile as all they do is huddle together looking at all the guests. Everything is thankfully geared for self service. My room was smaller than a jail cell and the bath room as accommodating as a jail cell. I had to squeeze flush against the wall staring at myself in the mirror as I closed the door. As for as Hotels go in the United Kingdom, location should always be first in mind and for this I give the hotel a cost benefit ratio score of 5 out of 10.

I booked this hotel for me and my mom to see the spice girls at Wembley. Tube station at the end of the road straight to Wembley.\nWe had a twin room, it was a bit small but this was not a problem. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was really cosy.\nthe bathroom was very small but for a one night stay this was not a problem.

I had this hotel booked for me as part of a one night business trip at a nearby College. I found my room to be clean and tidy as was the bathroom, although as others have said, the rooms are on the small side particularly the bathroom. I was not too happy about the chair in my bedroom and the bottom part of my bed looking as tatty as they did as per the pictures attached. I got a good night's sleep and the breakfast the following morning was fine with a wide range of items available. Although I must say, I tried the vegetarian sausages and found them to be quite bland tasting.

My friend and I arrived a few hours before check in time and a room was available for us. It is nice and clean and the location is amazing because you can easily walk to many of the main attractions in London. I would stay here again!

I have been staying one street down almost every year for 18 years; this was my first time at the Holiday Inn. What a treat! The air conditioning was quiet and effective during the recent heat wave. Lifts are quick and don't require a lot of waiting. Breakfast is quite good although the area is overcrowded. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet, overlooking Great Titchfield; so nice as no pub and almost no traffic. Check in was quick. Superb conference facility on site. I expect to be staying at this hotel annual for years and look forward to those stays.

This hotel is located centrally which is very convenient. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The service is efficient. Breakfast is great. The only drawback was the bathroom which was not working properly and was not in a very good condition.

I've stayed here twice in the past month. Lovely bedrooms on both occasions. Very clean rooms, nice sized bathrooms with bath and twin shower heads.\n\nVery friendly reception and restaurant staff.\n\nNice quiet rooms, with good sound insulation from the world outside.\n\nGood selection of food for breakfast, just a bit manic at times with the coach parties rushing around.\n\nWill glady be staying again son.

Firstly, I should declare that because of reward points, we didn't pay for our accommodation, so our review may differ from others, but we found this to be a very good hotel.\nIt is in an excellent position, there are plenty of pubs & restaurants within 10 minutes walk (particularly heading south) with lots of choice, also, Great Portland Street tube is within 3 minutes walk which was easy but the downside this tube has no escalators if you are carrying luggage! Depending on traffic lights, the lovely Regents park can be reached in 7/8 minutes.\n\nThe Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, check in was very quick and we got good advice from reception and the concierge. Our room was a little small but was clean and quite. We bought the breakfast buffet vouchers the night before and in our view it was extremely good value compared to other laces we've stayed.\n\nWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had no complaints, we would definitely stay again.

We came to the London Inn today and had a fabulous breakfast. I had the Eggs benedict and my husband and a full English. Although they were extremely busy the food came out quickly. This is the third time we have been the London Inn and we have never been disappointed! Great staff and a lovely atmosphere.

We had a spontaneous short vacation in London. Booked the hotel for 3 nights only a day prior to our arrival, for about 190 Pounds per night, including taxes and a wonderful breakfast.\nCheck-in was very fast. The room and bathroom were a bit small but very functional and quite perfect for us. The hotel is situated in a very good neighbourhood, so mostly very quiet so we slept well. Close to supermarkets and to metro stations, so you can reach everywhere quite easily, including Stansted and Luton airport. Walking distance (up to 30 minutes) from all the main city attractions, which we enjoyed by exploring the city by foot. Concierge was very helpful (wish him to see Prince Ali, as we did).\nRegarding breakfast - great variety, including omelettes served to the table according to request, very tasty machine-made pancakes (first ever for us), \nno waiting time, many fruits, including optional self-made orange juice.\nIn summary: Location - perfect.\nValue for money - good, especially breakfast! \nHospitality - great.

This is the worst hotel I was staying in for the many years. It has been booked by the company providing training so we have just carelessly agreed and have not booked anything ourselves which was a huge mistake. Everything was bad: very old rooms and furniture (I will upload pictures, I had to take out the chair that was looking like it was used back in 60s but without this vintage charm), sink is constantly clogged, toilet flash not working good, limited space, horrible blue and yellow colors, no single smile on the reception. I could connect to Internet only randomly, first day spent several hours trying to set it au and talking to the it. Plus the Internet was not safe - after one of our group members, the us guy, ordered flowers using hotel Wi-Fi, his card was used immediately by many other retail points and he had to block it. No even water in the room. sometimes the hotels are old and but still charming, especially when the personnel is nice. This is not the case, just the opposite, With all my respect this is really far from 4* they declare, 2* is max. Never ever in my life and super happy I am leaving this place.

review: JUST LIKE TO THANK-YOU FOR A lovely TIME WE HAD LAST WEEK AT YOUR HOTEL 8TH SEP ROOM 369. THERE WAS EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND EVERYONE COUlD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. WE HAD A LOVElY STAY ( EXCEPT FOR THE FIRE AlARM GOING OF AT 6.45). WHY WAS THAT NOBODY EVER SAID BUT THANKS AGAIN FOR A LOVElY SAY.

review: What a fantastic two night stay we had here recently. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Check in was absolutely so smooth, the room was really clean and tidy, the breakfast was outstanding and the service received from every single member of staff was excellent. With car parking right next door it is a fantastic place to stay. We found it convenient for everywhere with the tube station minutes away and the beautiful Regents Park about five minutes walk away. Highly recommended, we intend to return in March.
