Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by the staff. Anika on reception was friendly and helpful. One of the male reception staff gave the kids a welcome gift of a coloring books on arrival. Rooms were spotless and we got a lovely welcome note from Dorothy one of the housekeeping staff. The food in the hotel was top class, compliments to the chefs. Chef even came out and chatted to kids, and brought out twister ice lollipops. Ewa at breakfast was very obliging and friendly. Huge choice for both breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend this hotel as a base for Legoland and Windsor. Both only 3 miles away. Also a visit to Jump inn in Slough also recommended.\n\nWe will certainly be back to this hotel. Well done to all the staff of the holiday inn Slough for the fantastic stay at the hotel.

Stayed here for one night before visiting Legoland. Have to say I did not know what to expect based on some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised.\n\nArrived late, was quickly checked in, room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly. \n\nNot sure why there are bad reviews regarding breakfast - plenty of choice, restocked regularly. We went down at around 8.15am easily found a table. Breakfast room was on the small side, but nobody seemed to have to wait for a table. Breakfast cost us less than \u00A320 for 4 of us - great value \n\nThere was a mini gym, that I did not use, with treadmill, rowing machine and bike. \n\nWould definitely stay again.

This hotel is a very poor representation of the brand. Rooms are borderline dirty but it is hard to tell if this is just down to the deteriorating paint work or years of cleaning neglect. some of the staff try but most are just grumpy and really don\u2019t care. Breakfast is really poor. This is the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in. Rooms don\u2019t even have a shelf for you to put clothes, don\u2019t have room safes and there is only one lift and apparently the other one has been broken for months but might be being repaired in September !

The hotel was very clean and friendly, nice room and comfortable. \nWe had an evening meal in the bar downstairs which was very nice. \nWhen we went for breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor the next morning it was chaos. We couldn\u2019t get a table for a good while. In the end we couldn\u2019t seat all five of us so we sat on two separate tables. This I learnt is because they do a deal with Legoland and the place was overwhelmed with people. \nso we what we thought would be a leisurely breakfast was a stressful one.

Hotel is ideal for anyone exploring Windsor or Legoland. Direct train service to Central London is 50 meters away ! \nCheck in staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were reasonably priced and typical Holiday inn Express- ticked all the boxes, cheap and cheerful ! \nGood spread for buffet breakfast. Car parking is available on site with limited availability-\u00A314 per night.

Hotel was modern, clean and the staff very helpful. Free parking on site. Bathroom was large and modern. Good temperature control in the rooms. We had an adjoining room because my daughter and her family were travelling with us. Rooms were well soundproofed clean and spacious. Staff very polite and helpful. Would have liked to see hair conditioner and lotion in bathroom.

We booked 2 family rooms for our large family. We were given 2 large rooms which were interconnecting and made it ideal for our family to be together. The rooms were clean and smart and good sizes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn\u2019t experience any issues and we had a good stay for the night.

On arrival staff were very nice as all staff we encountered, room looked nice, shower was lovely and towels nice size and fluffy.\n\nThe bed had to be the worst bed I have ever slept on you could feel the springs and as for the pillows I can\u2019t really describe what they were but not like any other pillow I\u2019ve ever experienced.\n\nBreakfast was \u00A39 if booked the day before or \u00A314 if on the day it was not\u2019t worth 9 pence, we arrived at 8.30 it\u2019s on until 9.30 everything was cold and I mean cold not lukewarm really cold, the bacon didn\u2019t look like it had seen any heat at all, the scrambled eggs, well I\u2019m not sure if that\u2019s what they were didn\u2019t brave them.\n\nI always stay at a premier inn never had a problem but tried holiday inn as get a small discount being an emergency service worker, I will be going back to Premier inn.

Hotel need a renovation \nHowever the hotel is clean and comfortable \nHotel staff is helpful and professional \nThe breakfast is a good\nVery close to Legoland \nOn budget for family time \nI advise everyone to use for a short vacation or staying.

Stopped in executive double room had a mini bar fridge which was empty 1x dressing gown a bath that only if your you under 5 foot3 you could fit in some friendly staff in restaurant and cleaners would not stop again in a hurry.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nice modern, clean room with good sized comfortable bed. Had great sleep but many up and about early in the morning. Plenty of choice with buffet style breakfast but some items on full English could have been fresher.

Spending few days in London, driving to Liverpool to go to the Anfield stadium and also to Leicester to the king power stadium to watch football matches while staying at the Holiday inn Slough Windsor. \nThe hotel staff was welcoming and putting an effort to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. \nThe hotel is nice with very comfortable rooms. We stayed in a room with double beds. It was good size for 2 people. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough in their work. \nThe hotel had a good parking area which was easily accessible. \nFood in the restaurant and room service was good. The size of the restaurant was small which was the one negative thing we experienced.

Efficient but friendly check in, spotlessly clean everywhere, sumptuous beds and pillows, lovely bathroom with great shower ( again spotlessly clean) soudproofing excellent - didn't hear anyone in the corridors. Good to have tea and coffee making facilities in room. Excellent breakfast - good choices, fresh food, lovely service from staff, accommodating party of 7 on 1 table. Exceedingly close to Legoland - great departure point and so close to come back to at the end of a Long day! \nChecked out in the morning but came back in the evening to have a meal in the Brasserie with family who were staying on. Lovely decor, choice of where and how to sit, Food and drink ( so many gins! ) excellent, but, because of big party being served upstairs the meals took about an hour to arrive. With 2 small children this made the time hard work, but I mentioned our wait to the manager, and she compensated us - I was very impressed by their efficiency in dealing with issues. We would all definitely come back to stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 4 nights, we visited Legoland, Windsor and central London. \n\u00A37 in a Uber to Windsor or slough train station. \nlovely clean rooms, great breakfast. Staff where very friendly and helpful however not enough members in the bar and restaurant. the website needs to point out it\u2019s not free parking. \n.

Me my wife and 3 children stayed here on our visit to Legoland.\nThe staff were friendly and polite\nWe requested a cot in our room which was there when we got there and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety to choose from. Overall our stay was very good and I would definitely stay here again.

Just needed a night stay and parking for 8 days when going away. Staff were great, room was clean and tidy and taxi ordered by the hotel, as part of the deal, arrived right on time in the morning. A week later used the same taxi firm to go back and collect the car, which was all safe and well. Would definitely use again if needed in the future.
