dirty rooms, poor service and disconnect with corporate ihg\nStaff was ineffective and made numerous guest wait hours for rooms. We were down graded despite booking and not fairly compensated. Ihg corporate was ineffective and actually had to use my phone to argue with the hotel staff on speaker in the Lobby. \nToken gesture of points and breakfast---that was less than the amount paid (i. E. The difference in room down grade). I am a frequent international traveller and Spire Elite rewards member---no difference or benefit with ihg Rewards. Worst experience with a hotel and chain in my life.

This hotel is very close to Paddington station making it convenient to all of London. The beds are very comfortable. The shower phenomenal. Large, great water pressure, rain shower head and plenty of hot water. The hotel has a great breakfast included option. Very happy.

I came upon this hotel by chance and was very happy with my stay. The room was clean, quiet and perfect for solo travel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood and surrounding area are major pluses. Lots of shops and restaurants with.

This is a lovely hotel. Perfect location, very central with lots of choices to dine close by. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was a very good size (for London); very clean and everything you might need (and more). The hotel.

The hotel is 2-3 minute walk from Paddington train station, extremely convenient. We stayed here for 3 nights having booked the standard sized room. The room and bed were small but with excellent coffee and tea making facilities and superb bathroom and marvelous shower. Complimentary.
