Despite clear instructions I did not receive a wake-up call at 6.30 am and then an hour later they did not announce the arrival of the airport shuttle in the lobby so I had wait another 20 minutes for that. Not happy! Very expensive too even with Silver status! \n\nRoom was clean and quiet though!

review: Stayed over night prior to flying from Gatwick early the next morning. Pleased with this hotel: friendly, efficient staff. Wake up call on time, food good. Early breakfast available. All required facilities in room, clean and well lit, modern and well furnished. A good start to a holiday!
