Thank you for a good nights rest before the 'rush and wait' of international travel. A four and a half hour flight made in to a 9 hour marathon. Get checked in, extra time and checks at security, delayed take-off due to fog, bumpy ride due to head winds, delay at arrival airport, (too many planes at the same time, can't cope with luggage unloading, not enough carousels), passport checking computers down, not enough staff. Without that good nights rest at the Ibis, we wouldn't have coped either.
