I was pleasantly surprissed when I first got into the Hotel. Great staff, amazing standards, beatufill view. I would strongly recomand that when you visit London, drop by this place becayse it was awsome. 10/10 would visit again.

I stayd at the ibis London shepherd's for few nights. The staff is lovely, good location close to everything and the parking was vary close, the room was nice and clean, I will come back for sure.

I stayed at the ibis for 1 night for work purposes.\nThe hotel over all is lovely.\nFantastic location close to shops and restaurants and even parking which is rare in London! \nThe room was really big and spacious and had everything you could need. I would only recommend better towels in the room as they were small and very thin! \nI would also recommend a better choice of breakfast as it was limited however it done the job! \nI would stay here again based on the fantastic location and really friendly staff.

We have stayed here previously and like it because of the location and cost (although I should be clear that even though this is London I am not prepared to spend any more than \u00A3100 to stay here). The staff are all very friendly, but as a hotel experience you will not be dazzled or amazed, although that is not what you should be expecting here. If you just need somewhere well connected to central London to store your bags, sleep and shower, then this is just fine. \n\nWould happily stay again.

The rooms are very basic which normally would be fine if the price was reasonable however it was so overpriced for what we got. \nI only stayed here for the location and have a second stay booked and would have cancelled but my booking was non refundable. \nOur twin room was 2 tiny single beds and we were in a disabled room which was quite depressing. The bathroom was a bit grotty and the toilet did not flush properly. There were not enough towels and those provided were thin and worn.

With less than five minutes walk to Shepherds Bush Tube station on the central line this hotel has superb location to all London\u2019s sights and attractions. Besides a comfortable nights sleep what also makes the stay are the wonderful breakfasts. The crispy bacon is out of this world and a must to come back for son.

The hotel is lovely and modern, with a real boutique feel. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and airy with great air-conditioning and the beds very comfortable to sleep on. Although in Shepherd's bush at night we didn't hear a thing, so a good night's sleep.\n\nonly negative id give it would be the restaurant. The chefs are not very good at all. For example I had a ham and cheese toastie yet the bread was still soft, with only grilled cheese on top of the one side, the other was still very much untoasted white bread. Next to us had fries that were so over cooked they were rock hard. My partner may have got food poisoning from a cheese and tomato pizza as that was all he ate all day. The bar service for drinks though was excellent.

It is correct that due to a technical issue, we had to relocate you to a different property. Our team realised that quite late and they had no opportunity to contact you before your arrival at the hotel. That is the reason why we have arranged an alternative hotel and I would like to sincerely apologise for that.\nI know and I am sure that our team did everything possible to make it as easy as possible for you. They organised a complimentary taxi for you and booked a room in a nearby 4 stars hotel thinking it will be like an upgrade for you as we are a 3 stars hotel.\nOnce again I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.\nAs our General Manager offered you on top of the other compensation, should you be coming back to London in the future, please contact us directly, we will personally look after your reservation and we will offer you a special rate.\nSincerely, \nFrancois \nAssistant General Manager\n\n.
