The location of the hotel is really nice, opp. To Westfield Mall and the Shepherd\u2019s bush train station. Room and bathroom is basic but very clean. Staff is so so good and helpful. This is not an opulent hotel, but if you are in London and you will be out most of the time, this a good choice. \nMy only concern is that even in this cold weather the hotel was really hot, we had to ask for an extra fan to be put inside our room. \nAlso the \u201Cdouble\u201D bed for 02 adults is pretty small, there were a lot of noise from outside because of a fair going on nearby but that happened because we had to keep the window a little open for ventilation. \nApart from these minor glitches, we had a good stay, will surely be back!

I had a lovely 3 nights at the Ibis London Shepherds Bush. The location was perfect, a couple of blocks away from the Central line and an easy trip into the city centre. The neighbourhood is a wonderful multicultural community with lots of great restaurant.

Hotel is in a perfect location for a trip to Shepherds Bush Empire, and was delighted to find out on arrival that it is a stones throw away from the Westfield shopping centre. For the location the two night stay was very reasonably priced Rooms are.

Was welcomed by Paul who was lovely on reception and let us check in half hour early. Room excellent and clean, the air con was not the best so a little hot overnight and too noisy to open the window. But it is a great.

I stayed here for one night and it was dreadfully overpriced. The room needed refurbishment, the television didn't function and the room also had one of those horrible “ plastic cell “ bathrooms. Simply too much money for such a poor room. Good location for.

We spent 2 days at the hotel with friends. The room is very clean, the bathroom is very nice. Its location is very good and light traffic. The staff is very nice. The bar can also serve food and drinks, which is very convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Ibis Shephards Bush. The hotel is fantastically located close to underground stations, shopping malls and many restaurants. The room was basic but a decent size. My main issues were with the horrible smell of the room, it smelled like.

Stayed for one night to attend one conference. One of the best Ibis hotel. Way ahead than many Ibis hotel in this area. Definitely recommend. Newly built. cleanliness top notch. Short walk to restaurants and tube stations.
