Dear Msgeddes, \n\nThank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Icon Hotel Luton.\nI am glad to see that you enjoyed your stay with us and that we were able to provide you with a quick and easy check in service. We like to be different from our service levels to our d\u00E9cor and the turndown service that we provide is just a little touch that we like to provide to our guests \nI am sorry to see that the food was not up to our normal high standards and your comments will be passed onto our Head Chef to see where we can make improvements to ensure this does not happen again.\nWe hope to welcome you back to our stylish urban retreat on your next stay in Luton.\nKind regards\n\nTom\n.

Dear Debbie, \n\nThank you for reviewing your husbands stay with us at the Icon Hotel Luton.\n\nFirstly I would like to apologise for allowing the room to be occupied before it was passed ready following our rigorous pre-arrival quality checks. The head of housekeeping will be informed so that a full investigation can be carried out. I am however very glad to see you were happy with the way the team resolved this issue for your husband.\n\nIf you do ever have an queries regarding our air conditioning, room types or any of our services and facilities, then please speak to a member of our reception team who will be happy to help. \n\nThank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback to us and I hope we are able to welcome you back again son.\n\nTom\n.

Dear Roam\n\nI am delighted that you enjoyed your recent stay with us. We always strive to provide every guest with the highest level of service and being upgraded is just one of the many complimentary extras that we provide whenever possible. I will also pass the comments about our wood fired pizza onto our chefs who always aim to provide a high level of food quality and service.\n\nI hope you enjoyed watching the live football during your stay and that our bar team made you feel welcome in our chic piano lounge. \n\nI hope to welcome you back again son and thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us.\n.

Dear Ray\n\nThank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We very much appreciate when guests take the time to leave feedback on their experience regardless of whether or not it is positive or negative. When booking with us we do allow guests to message us in advance of their arrival with any preferences for quiet rooms. However ours rooms are very well sound proofed and we pride ourselves on offering a comfortable night\u2019s rest. In relation to our complimentary car parking facilities we are fortunate enough to offer two car parks. Firstly we offer 12 spaces in our on-site car park and a further 20 spaces in our overflow car park adjacent to the hotel. For your next stay with us please let a member of staff know upon arrival for the best parking option available at that time. \n\nIn relation to the air con system, I will pass this feedback to the general manager as we have just completed a refurbishment of our system.\n\nI hope we can welcome you back again son. \n.
