We stay here quite a lot and normally I can rate it 5 every time. This last weekend it was very busy and Saturday in the club lounge was manic to put it politely. Your staff in there were a credit to you as ever but when parents of young children partake of alcohol to the point they can\u2019t even stand upright then things have gone too far. The staff were under enough pressure as it was but could do without some of the custom that Saturdays seem to attract, particularly when there are events at the O2. Sunday evening returned to an oasis of peace and calm, more like the club experience we know and love. We are recognised by staff and treated really well, the experience we have always been used to from walking through the door. \nAnother small gripe. I asked for welcome points at check in and again with a reminder at check out. I am still waiting. \nNevertheless we are certainly coming back again. This hotel is unusual in having a heart and soul. It may be a modern glass box but it is well served by real people who engage with customers.

We Booked Our Event @ the Hotel service was first class from Booking with Jack, Becky making sure we were happy nothing was too much of a ask for the Team. On the day of our Event, Matthew & Alex and their Team went overboard for us, making sure we were okay. Beautiful Hotel. Can't wait to come back. Thanks for your love Team

My husband and I pre-paid for our room for a local concert well enough in advance. We received a call an hour before check in stating the hotel was overbooked and they needed to move us elsewhere for the night. I\u2019m not sure how we were able to book a room and pre-pay, only for our room to be unavailable the day we arrive. I give the Intercontinental an A for effort for relocating us, however the relocation was a huge inconvenience. We are not familiar with the area, and booked the hotel because of the close proximity to the O2 arena. Because of this relocation, 1 mile away, we had to pay for transportation to and from the arena. Not to mention the hotel we were relocated to does not compare to the 5 star rated Intercontinental. I am disappointed in the \u201Csystem error\u201D that allowed us to pay in advance only to be let down on the day of arrival and be downgraded to a lesser quality hotel. I can only hope that in the future, errors like this don\u2019t happen again.

Loved our stay here, staff were wonderful and very helpful especially Miriam and Rob on\nConcierge they are both an asset to the hotel. Can\u2019t wait to stay again, loved the Peninsula Restaurant and the Breakfast was great too

Love coming here for afternoon tea great service great tea and selection of cakes. 5* rating for hotel and afternoon tea. Friendly staff clean hotel. Spa was good too. Had a great time here and just booked another afternoon tea!

The Hotel offers very good service and has helpful employees. The restaurants offer tasty and fresh food for everyone. There\u2019s a gourmet restaurant but you can also eat good food in the lower price restaurants.

We are exhibiting at the hmc conference this week and have to say what excellent service the staff give. Very friendly and helpful especially Mustapha who served lunch- what a very nice man. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always smiling and happy. The lunch was excellent with plenty of healthy food options.

I took my Mum here for her Birthday & we had a fabulous time, the pool is lovely, the staff are very attentive. Diana who served us the afternoon tea was fantastic & even sang my Mum happy birthday with a cake. Thank you for making our day so special.

The first thing to say about this hotel is that the staff are excellent. From reception (charming young lady checked me in and out) to concierge to the bar and restaurant staff. Whoever is in charge here knows how to put a really good team together. I stayed here as part of a group of 10 going to the Mamma Mia Party at 02 and so we were all dressed up, noisy and having lots of fun. The staff just laughed along with us and I say a very big thank you to the bar staff for being so lovely when we came back from the show. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beds, pillows perfect. Bathroom very clean. View fantastic. Breakfast, excellent quality and once again great service. For the 02 its the perfect hotel. I also went into Greenwich and had a look round and the public transport is excellent and airport travel very straightforward. Only fault with the room is there was no European plugs but concierge just brought a plug up in about 5 minutes from asking so once again that was no problem. Well done Intercontinental - I will see you in February.

We stayed at the 02 intercontinental when we went to a show at the 02 arena.\nThe hotel is well located close to North Greenwich tube station and has a back entrance into the 02.\nThe rooms are a good size with nice bathrooms and teas, coffee, chocolate etc.\nThe views of the river or the 02 are also good.\nWe paid \u00A375 per room to get access to the club lounge and between 17.00 and 18.00 there are snacks and drinks available which was great for some pre show drinks.\nBreakfast was also included and the main buffet was excellent.

We had a super nice experience for afternoon tea, Silvia and Ami were really lovely, we both thought they were very attentive but at the same time have us personal space, it was a really good balance. We both were amazed at the selection, quantity and display of all the cakes and sandwiches during afternoon tea as well. We both would definitely return. I also had a great massage by Rasa in the spa, really enjoyable day.

Perfect hotel to stay if you are going to an event in the O2. Comfortable beds and very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Big thanks to Rob who took us to North Greenwich underground in the complimentary shuttle bus on our departure day. Great service from start to finish. We will be back. Thank you.

What a great hotel. Staff great, rooms brilliant and location fantastic. We were doing a show at the 02 and it\u2019s a two min walk! Could even do in my heels! Highly recommend. Sky Bar on 18th floor great views - over 18s only. Clipper bar under 18s can go in - still has fabulous review views.

Stayed one night had a fantastic room with a great view, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We used the sophisticated 18th floor bar both prior to our evening out at the O2 and afterwards. Breakfast was excellent. All the Staff we came into contact with were superb - special mention to Rob who took us to the tube station in the hotel shuttle car

All I have to say is this hotel is amazing. \nFrom the moment me and my boyfriend walked through the door the staff are ever so warming and helpful. \nI booked this hotel back in June for a surprise get away for me and my boyfriend for his birthday, we checked in and they told me they had upgraded our room for free. Amazing. The views are amazing as is the whole hotel, would definitely recommend to everyone and will be staying here again.

Had a great stay.\nThe highlights for us were the studio room with view over the O2, lovely spa and pool area and the Club lounge. The lounge team were particularly attentive and gave exceptional service.

I got dropped off when I left the ico2 in the Intercon Shuttle Taxi by the professional and friendly Rob, who drove me to the station to save my feet and time! He made my day. The car was perfectly clean and it was so nice to be offered this service.

Second time I've stayed here in the last six months. First time was for a concert in the O2, this time a conference in their conference centre. Great to be able to fly into London City Airport and have everything so near. Their suites are lovely with great views, and the Sky Bar is a great place for a drink at night. Only downside was their Peninsula restaurant which was all style over substance and to be avoided.

perfectly ok hotel, that was probably very contemporary 10 years ago. But now showing age and lack of character. It will drift from my memory in days as it left no impression or impact, that said clean, serviced and perfectly fine.

Another successful visit to the hotel. I was going to a concert at the O2. Check-in was a dream. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely view of the river. We had a cocktail at the end of the evening.

Location is great. Away from the London crowd. Few minutes walk to train and bus. Uber available at short notice. Nice view of the river, excellent choice of food. Private entrance to O2 Arena. Guest service including Concierge was great. Would highly recommend this place.

An overnight stay given as a gift from my daughter along with tickets for the CuttySark and Royal Observatory.\nlovely corner room (702) with dual aspect overlooking the river, viewed through huge picture windows, everything about the room was perfect - clean, well appointed and pleasantly furnished and wonderfully quiet.\nEvery member of staff we encountered were polite, friendly and all too eager to please, a credit to the hotel. When we returned to our room after a busy day sightseeing we found a small cake on a slate with a birthday greeting in piped icing - lovely gesture from the staff & management! \nBreakfast was included in our gifted stay and what a pleasant surprise awaited me - amongst the usual European offerings beautifully laid out in the restaurant was Congee and all the trimmings - basically a kind of rice porridge with lots of spicy bits to add to the flavours - this absolutely made my stay - a nostalgic taste of my childhood in the Far East, I know where I\u2019m staying next time in London!

We had a 2 night stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. The hotel was luxurious and very clean. All staff bent over backwards for us to ensure our stay was extra special and everybody did this with beaming smiles. Thank you Intercontinental! A super special trip that we will never forget.

My son and I decided to go for a drink here on Sunday. Had\u2019t been before and was unsure what reception we would get as we were not staying at the hotel. \nWe were warmly welcome by the staff at clipper bar and made to feel extremely special. Our drinks were lovely ( my cocktail was beautiful). Would highly recommend.

Exceptional service from all staff from arrival to departure. The bar was typical London prices, and the views across Canary Wharf from the 18th floor bar were amazing. \n\nIn particular, Rob, who shuttled us back and forth numerous times to the underground station is worth a mention. Great conversation and really made the stay pleasant.\n\nWould 100% stay again.

We stayed here on 6th & 7th September 19, such a beautiful hotel and all the staff are wonderful especially Juan on the reception, he could not do enough for us, Mariane was also lovely. The location of the hotel is excellent for the o2, it has it\u2019s own walkway to the o2. The Clipper bar is on the 1st Floor and looks over the river stunning. Will definitely be returning.

2 minute walk to the O2 great if you\u2019re gonna wear heals. Lovely helpful staff. We had great views of the river and the Wharf.\nDidn\u2019t have the breakfast at \u00A320 per head was a little expensive went into town and ate their.\nIf you go to the bar don\u2019t for get service charge is added to the final bill.

A little disappointed on this visit. Hotel was obviously very busy and the staff were unable to keep up to their normal high level. For example our room, despite numerous request, was not serviced and cleaned until very late in the afternoon. Especially galling as we were booked in a Club room. Also disppointed that as platinum members we were not upgraded.

Syated one night whilst attending the atp Tennis World Tours Finals. The hotel is very luxurious, with tasty food and helpful efficient staff. I booked the cheapest category of room and had a great view of the river and the city of London. The spa and pool area was fantastic and I had it to myself most of the time I was there. The time from my room to being seated in the stadium was only 5 minutes. I will definitely return if attending an avent at the O2 again. The tube stop is 2 minutes walk away so this would make a great base for exploring London even if not visiting the 02 and is much more reasonably priced than 5 star hotels in central tourist areas of London.

At time of our settlement the night before our departure, I was given to understand that the car parking fee of \u00A372.00 was going to be credited to my account but I notice from my cc statement that this has still been charged. \nOn the morning of our departure, we ere still being invoiced for laundry services even though we were entitled to have two garments ironed as complimentary. \nBoth these left a slight bitter taste in what was otherwise an excellent stay.

We arrived at 3.30 for the stallone event and because we had platinum tickets we were meant to go into the event by 5.45 but we didn't get given our room until 5.15 giving us less than 30 minutes to get ready for a black tie event and this was just impossible so me and my wife missed the vip bit at the start that we had paid good money for, so I thought this was very disappointing considering the event takes place at the actual hotel, so all in all very disappointing.

We have just arrived back from an amazing stay at the intercontinental. \nGreat check in service. Our room over looked the Thames. The room was spacious & everything was of a high standard. \nThe hotel has brilliant access to the o2. We had booked the hotel as we were attending an experience with Sylvester Stallone in the Arora ballroom which is in the hotel. \nWe used all three bars & were happy with the service & drinks. \nWe would definitely recommend this hotel x \n.

Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay with few hitches from housekeeping. \nAn overall good 2 days stay. Kudos to the chef and his team for great food. \nExcellent F&B service. Would like to highlight Ms. Ami's (Market Brasserie) efforts put in during breakfast service. She carries a fantastic attitude and great service skills. Definitely she deserves a pat on her back. Well done Ami. \nOrdered Pizzas through roomservice. Adding Oregano& olive oil as a part of room service trolley would have been a good value addition. (just a suggestion).\nSpa Team were great and Ms. Gabriela at reception was great. \nHowever, Housekeeping carried a downside attitude. Needs improvement.\nOverall we enjoyed our 2 days stay with intercon. Will definitely come back son. \nThank you all. \nregards.

Had a great time staying in the InterContinental. Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious. Only comment is the daily shuttle to North Greenwich station that had no access to disabled people.

Me & my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night were extremely pleased with the way we were greeted & looked after by Daniel who I believe is new to the concierge team I would like to reitorate how comfortable he made us, answering all queries in a pleasant & professional manner a true asset to the company. The room, food and spa facilities were all great including the amazing massage we both received by the spa team.\n\nThank you!

Me and my family booked a 2 night stay here as we enjoy visiting London to do a bit if tourism, We like to visit a different hotel each time, we were impressed by the great location on arrival, parked in the car park which cost around \u00A348 for 2 nights, slightly over priced, we were greeted by very polite and attentive staff, checked in and paid slightly more as I brought another child with me which was fine, room upgraded to a slightly bigger room, it was good too see 6 lifts and never experienced no queues. Room was immaculate and had a bath with a shower which I love, all amenities and more I was impressed with, I. E mouthwash, toothbrush everything! View was lovely but my only concern was I couldn\u2019t open the large window so I felt slightly claustrophobic but used the air con instead, tea/coffee machine was handy but I had no idea how to use the other coffee pod machine, rooms cleaned daily, the mini bar is over priced so didn\u2019t use it. Breakfast time was busy as expected but lots of choice and good quality overall, the lattes were perfect! something for everyone for sure, the sky bar was lovely at night and served some lovely cocktails, the Friday night was packed so not able to use the sky bar, so we went to the one downstairs which was fine also, great views, would stay here again.

Wow! What an amazing find this hotel was from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out! My 14 year old daughter and I spent the night following the Ariana Grande concert on Monday. The hotel was very easy to find from the tube station - five minute walk away. We we greeted by a lovely, friendly concierge who chatted to us whilst we waited to check in and he gave us lots of information about the hotel. Check in was very easy and the member of staff was again very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was on the 7th floor and we were amazed by the views from the window. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was quite luxurious and had everything you needed. The hotel has a walk way direct to the O2 which is perfect. The only thing I did complain about were our very noisy neighbours when we returned from the concert. As we had an early start in the morning we were in bed by 11.30pm. All we could hear was very loud talking and the television next door. A trip down to reception at 12.15 am to explain the situation and the problem was resolved by sending security to ask them to be quiet. Following this we had a very good nights sleep. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back to stay for Longer next time.

Great afternoon team and relaxation package.\nPool and sauna were clean, staff went above and beyond for dietary requirements for a vegan afternoon tea and the service in the restaurant was really welcoming and friendly, really enjoyed our time here. Flip flops and robes were included.

Had a fantastic sleep. Room was very quiet and has plenty of room for the Deluxe King Suite with a ln excellent view of river Thames. Only con is that the television location was not been planned well as not able to watch television from the sofa.

My wife and I visited theUnited Kingdomfor the first time for our honeymoon, and were blown away with the friendly staff whom were always prepared to go the extra mile. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Jo\u00E1o, who was superb in his recommendations of things to do and places to visit (and even went to so far as to send us a celebratory dessert for our honeymoon). In addition, my wife is a vegetarian, and we were provided with a selection of vegetarian choices from the awesome staff within the Club Room (Ryan, Jo\u00E1o, Tristan, Daniel etc), and they constantly made us feel so welcome. This extended further to our experience at the Peninsula restaurant, which was one of our best culinary experiences. Highly appreciated the services of Zoltan and the top quality cuisine prepared by the kitchen staff. Finally, even during our check out, we were made to feel like celebrities from the hotel transfer services to Greenwich Station (by Rob).\n\nAn experience we will cherish always, and will definitely be coming back - keep up the excellent service and thank you very much!

Our stay at the intercontinental was absolutely amazing, both me and my friend felt like we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, to start of our experience we were met outside of the tube station by Rob who operates the hotels shuttle bus, he kindly stopped us and offered us a lift to the hotel lobby, rob was very kind, professional and an absolute delight to talk to, after this we arrived into the lobby and were instantly greeted by smiles from all of the staff, checking in to our hotel was a breeze, we left our bags with the staff who took them to our room for us, when we go to our room we were stunned by the quality of our hotel room, not to mention the outstanding views of the financial district. I had also mentioned to the hotel that we would be celebrating my friends birthday, we were overwhelmed when we had a knock on the door by one of the staff who had a birthday cake for us! We had gone to this hotel for its access to the o2 and we were not disappointed as it took only 3 minutes to get into the venue! After our concert we went down for our breakfast and once again we were blown away, the choice of food is incredible, the staff were fantastic and couldn\u2019t do enough for us! at the end of our trip we again were shuttled to the tube station by Rob, I can\u2019t say enough nice things about this guy! He was amazing ! Overall an unforgettable trip, planning our next stay here as son as possible!

We loved our stay, our room was perfect! We only stayed one night to attend a concert at the O2. But we loved it. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. Especially Levi and Edgar on the front door, they were very helpful, hospitable, genuine guys. The receptionist were all approachable, well presented, attentive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again.

Stayed here one night. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Carolina from the Meriduan lounge went out of her way for me. The room had great views and the bed was very comfortable. Would def recommend it especially if you have some concert to attend at the o2. Access to the o2 is direct from the hotel. \n\n.

From the minute we arrived through the front foyer to the minute we checked out and a cab was called for us, the intercontinental hotel staff, service and conduct were second to none. Breakfast was the finest selection of cooked, continental and more, whilst the afternoon tea was the best we\u2019ve had to date. The clipper bar again did not disappoint, with staff attentive but not so much they encroached on your privacy. We booked for the ease of access to the O2, but would book again for the experience no matter what we might wish to see in London. The tube is close enough for it not to matter and a cab is just a concierge request away. You would do well to find better!

What comfortable beds to relax in after dealing with my vertigo during our trip to see the Hugh Jackman concert. Fabulous bathroom audit was a real treat having a coffee making machine. The later checkout of midday was also great.\nIt would have been nice to be warned that the drinks in the bar would be served as doubles!

Beautiful hotel! Great service from all staff encountered, starting from the chap managing the short queue for check-in, to the guy from housekeeping who came to put away the sofa bed that was not required. Lovely room, including the most comfortable bed and pillows we\u2019ve ever encountered in a hotel room! And a great passageway leading to quick access into the O2 Arena. Perfect!

Stayed here for one night with my boyfriend after watching Panic! at the O2, was pleasant clean and very convenient! We parked in the car park overnight too and was able to leave the car there the next day while travelling into central London to do some shopping for no extra charge! \nAll staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks we had at the bar were a bit expensive but as it was a treat we didn\u2019t mind!

Outstanding customer service; literally the best hotel I've stayed in and I travel internationally. They could not do enough to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. We stayed in a suite on flr 17, and are ihg members; so the use of the Intercontinental Lounge, and Spa were very much appreciated. Had a lovely (albeit v. Expensive) meal in the hotel (Taster menu with sommelier) - but everywhere food was great. Staff seem genuinely happy to work there as they all appear to have the same mission around customer first attitude.

Great location for the O2. Cleanliness, staff and facilities were excellent. The same level is available at other hotels cheaper but you are paying for the location. A little pompous at times. Ordered one drink at the bar and had to wait while the receipt was printed and placed in a leather holder all while the queue was building behind me. I find this a little unnecessary and inefficient.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert at the O2. All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. In particular many thanks to Anca, Emanuela and Mickita in the restaurent ; Anca was wonderful and the sort of person you would hope to be there to welcome you wherever you stayed. The food was great too.\n\nThe room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with all the facilities you would wish to find. Also very good transport links within easy walking distance although worth mentioning there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to/from North Greenwich station. Very handy for the river bus and Greenwich only one stop away.\n\nVery impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

5 stars definitely, but I got 3 floor room where the window was filled with ventilation kit for the building. \nExcellent room standards, lovely bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. Staff were very efficient and very welcoming.

Lovely room, great breakfast. Fabulous view.\nAs a loyalty customer we have had much better service elsewhere. Had to queue for check in, room was not\u2019t ready. No still water, no biscuits! Huge hotel couldn\u2019t cater for number of guests. Were \u2018not allowed\u2019 to go the 18 Sky bar on returning to the hotel. Advised to go to breakfast before 9 if you didn\u2019t want to queue again.\nlet down by being treated as if we were at an o2 concert. Not good value for money when so much choice in London. Won\u2019t be staying there again.

My boy friend got me the spa and afternoon tea package for my birthday. \n\nWe started off with an amazing couples relaxation massage which I would highly recommend. Then we spent the afternoon relaxing in the spa. The whole spa area was very luxurious, beautiful, peaceful and clean. There\u2019s a relaxation room, a pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. \n\nAfter the spa we went for the afternoon tea. This was incredible. Probably one of the best afternoon teas I\u2019ve had (and I\u2019ve been to many). All of the food was delicious, but they also put a twist on some of the traditional things you\u2019d expect at an afternoon tea. The egg truffle mayo sandwich was my favourite. \n\nOur waitress gave us such incredible service. She explained everything on the menu to us. She brought us out a few extra sandwiches and she even brought me out a birthday tart and candle without us asking. \n\nWe will absolutely be coming back.\n\nThank you for the perfect relaxing day!

From the moment we arrived via the courtesy limo our stay was fantastic. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, spotless rooms and the best place to stay to go to the O2 concert. Had a great visit to the Intercontinental. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were upgraded to a suite. Swimming pool was great as was the breakfast. Location was perfect for visiting the Orbit and the O2. Got a lift back to the station from Rob the chauffeur which was a great way to end the weekend! Thanks.
