Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay but naturally, I was sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your experience on this occasion.\n\nPlease accept my apologies for the issues you experienced with the air-conditioning and for the inconvenience and discomfort this must have caused you. All our rooms have individually controlled Air Conditioning which is set from the thermostat in the bedroom, this should only cut out once the room has reached the required temperature and the system will work to maintain this switching on and off as required. Reception also has the option to override this to be 'always on' if requested. I am sorry that you could not find a suitable temperature and especially that you felt you were not given sufficient assistance from our team to help resolve this for you. \n\nOn a more positive note, I am pleased that you found our location convenient and enjoyed your meals in the hotel.\n\nKind Regards\nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager\n\n

I have used The Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow for years now and I cannot fault it. Nice rooms and comfy beds make this a bit of a home from home for me while working at Heathrow.\n\nAll the staff are very friendly and always make you welcome. I would like to mention Rose, Marian, Nic and Al from the bar who are always happy to see me and give great service in the busy bar. Lester the breakfast chef is always welcoming and happy to see me and he goes above and beyond to make great fresh eggs for breakfast.\n\nAs a corporate guest I have built up a great friendship with Kusal the sales manager who I have dealt with for years, he will always take time out to ensure that your stay is as it should be and make sure that you are happy and relaxed while at the Hotel.\n\nThere are a lot of staff who I don't know by name who I would like to mention as they're all great, welcoming and will do anything to make your stay right as it should be.

As a company we use this hotel a great deal. Like most companies we frequently change our arrangements, sometimes at very short notice and they always accommodate us if at all possible. Kusal Arachchi the Sales Manager deserves a special mention as he and his team always go the extra mile whether the request is large or small and we very much appreciate this. The hotel is very conveniently located near Hatton Cross station and so it is easy to get into London or of course to the airport. It is definitely our first choice hotel in the area.

I am pleased that the hotel is to your liking and we appreciate your loyalty to our hotel.\n\nPlease accept my apologies for the issues with the Wi-Fi last week, we have just changed to a new supplier and we experienced a few 'teething problems' in the first few days which should not have happened and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused, however, I am pleased to confirm that our new network is now fully up & running with improved speed and an easier login process. \n\nOur Costa Coffee outlet is open form 06:00 to 11:00 daily, and outside of these times coffee is available from the Garden Bar.\n\nThank you once again for sharing your comments and we will look forward to welcoming you back to HGI Heathrow on your next stay!\n\nKind Regards\nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager

Thank you for sharing your feedback but I am sorry to see that you were disappointed with your recent stay. \n\nI can assure you that our hotel is fully accessible and that we meet or exceed all the requirements to be compliant with DDA requires, however, I am sorry that you had a difficult experience on this occasion. Whilst we do not have luggage porters available as standard our reception team are always happy to help when required and so I agree that you should have been afforded more assistance on this occasion and I am disappointed this was not the case, I will review your comments with my Front Office Manager to learn from this feedback accordingly. \n\nI was also sorry to learn of the confusion you experienced with the transfer to Terminal 3, we do have two shuttle services available the H9 bus serves both T2 and T3 and the H56 serves T4 & T5, I am sorry for the confusion when disembarking at the wrong terminal and for the extra stress this must have caused reaching your flight. \n\nKind Regards\nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager

many thanks for taking the time to review our Hotel following your recent stay over at Heathrow.\n\nI would firstly like to apologise for the inconvenience that you had due to Heathrow having 2 x Hilton Garden Inn's, \n\nBetween the teams at both of the Hilton Garden Inn's we have tried to minimise any guest disruption in the initial period since Hilton Garden Inn T2 opened, however we were unable to eradicate any chance of confusion with the 2 Hotels bearing a similar name.\n\nI am however glad to read that you were able to have a few hours vital rest prior to your flight once you arrived at our Hotel and I hope that you will be able to consider our Hotel again on your next trip.\n\nRegards, \nNeil Hodgson\nDeputy General Manager.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay, I am pleased that you had a pleasant and comfortable stay and enjoyed your steak in the Garden Grille Restaurant. Unfortunately there are very few restaurants at Heathrow outside of the hotel or the airport terminals, so we try to provide a good quality restaurant with a wide choice of food, and our hotel is only a short walk to the underground for those guests who wish to venture out into London for dinner in the evening. \n\nI hope that you will choose hgi Heathrow again in the future and we will look forward to welcoming you back\n\nKind Regards\nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback, I am pleased that you enjoyed your recent stay and that the hotel exceeded your expectations for an airport hotel. \n\nI am sorry that you had a wait for the Hoppa Bus, unfortunately Heathrow Airport does not allow any hotel to operate their own shuttle services and all hotels at the airport are obliged to use the shared Hotel Hoppa service. Our hotel is fortunate to also be located next to Hatton Cross Underground which is one stop the airport, and we also have private taxis available, so there are a range of convenient options for travel to the airport. \n\nI hope that you will choose hgi Heathrow again in the future and we will look forward to welcoming you back\n\nKind Regards, \nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager.

review: Myself and the rest of a missionary team I work with stayed at jurys inn the night before we flew to africa. It was amazing. We all really enjoyed it and found it very relaxing and comfortable. Great good, great service, fantastic rooms, altogether we had a wonderful time. The best place I have ever stayed!
