Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am pleased that you found our location convenient for Heathrow flights. \n\nI am sorry that you felt the menu was not good value for money, we do benchmark our prices with other hotels and restaurants in the local area and we do believe that our prices are competitive with other similar restaurants in this area of West London. Thank you for sharing your feedback but naturally I was sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your stay and please accept my apologies for the issues you experienced.\n\nI am sorry that you found the temperature uncomfortable during your stay and faced a problem with the air conditioning in your bedroom. Our hotel is fully conditioned and the temperature is controlled by the guest in the room and can be set from 18-25 degrees, our team at reception also have access to the same controls as in the room to assist with resetting the controls if a guest has a problem. I am sorry that there was a particular problem in your room and I would assure you that my maintenance team will be checking this to ensure there is rectified for future guests. \n\nRegarding the lift signage, unfortunately one of our three guest lifts is currently out of service awaiting parts for a major repair, to avoid inconvenience for our guests we have opened up one of our service elevators as an alternative guest lift to reduce waiting times and we have signage in place to direct guests to this alternative elevator. I understand that using a service elevator is not ideal and I am sorry for the inconvenience it caused you, but I hope that on balance it is a better alternative to having a Long wait for the main elevators at busy times. We are currently working closely with our lift contractor to return the third guest lift to service as son as possible. \n\nI am sorry that you feel your feedback will not be taken seriously, I can assure you that I personally read and respond to all guest comments on TripAdvisor and that neither my team or I would laugh or snigger at your feedback as you suggest. We do our best to exceed our guest expectations and we are genuinely disappointed when we fall short resulting in a negative review. My management team and I review our guest feedback on a regular basis and take corrective action to continually improve the quality and service levels we offer to guests. I do believe the vast majority of our customer feedback is overwhelmingly positive, however we welcome over 15, 000 guests per month so naturally we do not get it right for everyone all of the time but we use all feedback constructively to learn and improve when we fall short. \n\nI hope that you will consider staying with us again for a better experience in the future, in the meantime if there is anything else I can do to assist you further please contact me at the hotel and I will be happy to discuss this with you in person.\n\nKind Regards, \nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback but I am sorry that our hotel did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion. \n\nOur 7th floor bedrooms all have usb sockets and we are in the process of rolling these our across the hotel, indeed we are due to commence a full refurbishment program later this year which will include adding usb plugs in all rooms. \n\nI am sorry that you feel the new Atrium hotel would be a better option for you in the future, this will be a very different type of hotel to our property but I am confident that we will remain amongst the best value and quality in the Heathrow market, and I hope that you will consider choosing us again when you have experienced both properties. \n\nKind Regards\nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback, I am pleased that the hotel was to your liking and that you enjoyed your recent stay with us.\n\nOur hotel is conveniently located next to Hatton Cross underground station which puts us around 1 mile from most of the Heathrow terminals, and we are one of the best positioned hotels at Heathrow for anyone looking to travel into Central London using the underground. I can assure you that our area is very safe, however I understand that we are on the perimeter of one of the worlds biggest airports and therefore the area is quite industrial so is not the most picturesque to explore for a walk. \n\nI hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future and we will look forward to welcoming you back to hgi Heathrow \n\nKind Regards, \nRichard Lee\nGeneral Manager.

review: Myself and the rest of a missionary team I work with stayed at jurys inn the night before we flew to africa. It was amazing. We all really enjoyed it and found it very relaxing and comfortable. Great good, great service, fantastic rooms, altogether we had a wonderful time. The best place I have ever stayed!
