We held our annual summer bbq here a couple of weeks ago. Last year we were completely rained out on the only day it rained and this year I was taking no chances. It rained again! However the hotel were able to accommodate us indoors and it was great. We were a party of 30 and the feedback was great. We had burgers, sausages and chicken with the vegetarian options and with plenty of sides and desserts - there was enough for everyone to have seconds. We communicated with Kate who is wonderful at organising events. She will work to your budget so don\u2019t be afraid to discuss this with her - she is sensitive and understanding. Thank you for hosting our bbq!

Both of whom spoke to you at the time but the Chairman apologised to you personally, took all your views in to account and authorised the refund for breakfast to be made.
