This is a hidden gem of a hotel the staff are absolutely wonderful and make your stay very welcoming and pleasant, the reception staff Nasim, Tomas and Simon were very friendly and helpful offering tips on places to visit and see plus directions to good.

We spent the weekend in the Lowndes hotel and was one of the best hotel experience I never had. We been welcomed by a nice and smiley staff at the front desk, concierge, doorman and everyone give us a warm welcome and gave us direction.

excellent location, very near to all the sights and near the underground! Comfortable, clean, and beautiful rooms. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Also I was able to find a great deal which helps!

Deeply troubling for a 5 * Jumeirah hotel. Check in was slow and in the time it took to check us in and find a room, three other guests had checked and gone up to their rooms. I am not saying the staff were anything.

I stayed three night at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel and it was a very good experience; the staff was so kind and the F&B services were also great. I enjoyed using the Gym & spa of the near Jumeirah Carlton.

From my arrival until the last day of my stay, the staff was very caring of me and always friendly. I would give an extra point to the personnel from the restaurant. I took several breakfasts and room services during, the service was excellent.

Small and exclusive hotel, very friendly staff. Perfect location, Hyde park just round the corner. Free access to beautiful swimming pool in sister hotel, almost next door. Wouldn't hesitate to book another stay here.

Really great service, I cant find anything to complain and I had special requests and everything was done. Breakfast in bed was superb. Swimming pool and gym are not in the same building but its a real fitness club with reall pool and panoramic views.

Very nice hotel, small but fantastic, the location of the hotel is very good, its very close to Hyde park, rooms are very nice and the gym and spa in their sister hotel is also very good. I really enjoyed my breakfast.

Our first visit, we usually stay in Knightsbridge at the nearby Jumeirah Carlton Tower (jct). The Lowndes is much smaller and quieter. Our room seemed much smaller, especially the bathroom although the decor and furniture was nice. We also had a balcony. Staff were friendly.

A real treat for the family, the staff are helpful and the location is perfect. Food at the restaurant was top notch and served with a smile. Will be going back for sure, highly recommended for a Long weekend.

Feel welcome once we arrive at the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room is extremely clean and toiletries are made of best quality products. Spacious room with nice smell. Walking distance to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and other good shopping places. Overall, we truly enjoy staying.

guest rooms quite small and bathrooms very small, one person at a time. Also lack of business lounge or any space in the lobby area to sit around or meet people Breakfast facility was also lacking, with limited variety.

Fantastic stay at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel in London. Words are not enough to say thank you: from the doorman to room attendant, from waiter to receptionist everyone treated me with respect and made me feel like royalty. I have stayed with a friend being her.

Had a fantastic overnight stay for me and my family celebrating my wifes 50th birthday. The welcome team were superb and couldn't do enough for us as were every member of the Jumeirah squad ! An upgrade on arrival, superb service for drinks.

Very nice hotel the room was clean and quiet. The staff gave lovely service. The hotel is in a very good location as well. Got a great deal to stay in this hotel only down side was the pool and spa was not in this hotel.

Liked: Great location staff were very helpful. Hotel was immaculate. Room was large. Very comfortable., beautifully decorated very comfortable bed and a good coffee machine would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed

This is a well situated hotel in a very nice neighbourhood.cosy hotel with nice rooms and good service. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and would definitely consider it again! Breakfast was nice and the kitchen was also willing to prepare.

Excellent hotel location, very friendly and welcoming staff, bed was quite comfortable., The only draw back I see in this hotel is the small room sizes, for the value of money you pay. I do highly recommend the hotel as Long as you do not.
