Dear 674is\n\nThanks for taking the time to let us know how was your stay.\nI am glad to see you have enjoyed the location and our rooms\nEveryone here takes pride in what we do, and it's through feedback like yours that we continue always to try our best.\nI am sorry that it was not practical for you to use our facilities because located in our sister hotel.\nHowever, the Carton Tower Hotel is located a few steps from our, and they provide all with the amenities to allow you are using the facilities without the need to bring your own toiletry or towels.\n\nI will share all the feedbacks you have provided during our monthly meeting.\n\nWe all look forward to welcoming you back son \n\nKind regards \n\nMoustafa Mohamed.
