Stayed here recently as part of the Legoland package and throughly enjoyed our stay. Upon check in we were met by a lovely girl not sure I have her name right think it was Celsey? Anyway she was super nice and really helpful and made us feel really welcome. We had a drink in the bar on the first night and a lire bite and the lady that served us was an absolute sweetheart. Didn't get her name but she had short blonde hair and was so nice she's a credit to the place. We didn't get to spend too much time in the hotel as we were meeting up with friends but my kids had a blast and loved the room and everything else too. Have to also add the breakfast was spectacular by far the nicest I've had yet in any hotel!! We will definitely be returning on our next visit. The staff in this hotel really make the place that's for sure.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a packaged trip to London. The hotel is well situated near to Heathrow and the public areas were very spacious and welcoming. The rooms were good and roomy with all the necessary items. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant staff were courteous and helpful and the food (buffet style) was very well laid out, hot and tasty.

Arrived at the Marriott Heathrow for over night stay before a flight. What a pleasant experience. EVERY member of staff we spoke to was more than pleasant. We went to the bar and the tables were being cleaned, by a manager, and enjoyed a 5\u00A3 gin. Next we visited the restaurant, also very friendly staff, great pizza and another pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, you can cast your phone to the TV, first hotel I've seen that in. Blackout curtains were amazing. Highly recommended.

Great food, great staff and a good family atmosphere. Everyone has been very nice to my kids and i. Glynis was very welcoming, she went out of her way to help me when my 3year old refused to eat breakfast (picky eater). Thank you everyone.

We stayed for 1 night, so that we could visit Legoland, which was around a 15 minutes drive away.\n\nThe hotel is \u2018old\u2019 Marriott when it comes to the rooms, that being said it was clean and had everything we needed. The fridge (what once may have been used for the mini bar) had a smell about it (little one opened it to see what it was).\n\nThe room had large (once patio) windows which were great for viewing the planes. No real noise from them.\n\nWe couldn\u2019t use the pool, when intended as this was having the chemical levels checked, which was a shame and a reason we chose the hotel.\n\nBreakfast was lovely and plenty to chose from.\n\nHotel staff were very nice / pleasant.\n\nIf I was flying from Heathrow Airport, I\u2019d happily stay here.

Although the Hotel is away from town, but ample transport to move around. The front office is friendly and we were given the extra hour before check out. Breakfast buffect is very good and ample. The room service is good.

Overnight stay here on a national coach holiday to London to see Tina the musical. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the hotel reception staff. Checked in swiftly and given our room key cards, the air conditioned room was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Very posh....\nAn excellent nights sleep in an extremely comfortable bed ended a fantastic day. The following morning we made our way to the restaurant for our inclusive buffet breakfast, and we weren't disappointed. Polite and very attentive staff informed us of the culinary delights on offer. There was enough choice to please, I am assuming, all tastes and dietary needs from what I could see. I opted for a full English and a cup of tea which was extremely tasty and satisfying.\nI cannot express the effort and professionalism all the staff showed during our stay which made our stay that little bit more special. The staff are a credit to the Marriot group and certainly make your hotels stand out from the crowd. 5\u2B50 service in a 4 star hotel.\n.

The hotel should not be a Marriot. Only the service partly reflects it. Cracks in the reception floor, scratched doors, poor AC cooling, dirty and rusted room details, and I can make a whole list of it as a person who has been travelling around even in a vast range of hotels. To add to this, when entering the hotel I was asked to register my vehicle and when asking I was told that payments for parking are pay per use due to cameras registering your entry and exit. After two days with the car staying only 2 hours within the premises, I found out that I was charged for two full days of parking. When asking another receptionist, this time I was told that once you register your vehicle, irrelevant if your car stays within the premises or not, you are charged the daily fee. This is absurd as no hotel parking in the world works like this. On the other hand, if one does not want to use the hotel breakfast and restaurant, I've discovered two good medium budget restaurants that provide both services less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

A night away with 3 girlfriends, wanted to go somewhere on a low budget, easily accessible for us all. Also wanted to be near somewhere to go for a wander the next day. We went into Windsor for dinner, had breakfast in the hotel as it was included in the price. We stayed in 1 room and had 2 double beds. The room was fine, air-conditioning was good to keep the temperature down. The toiletries were not enough for us all, (shower gel,shampoo etc),had to ask for more glasses so we could all have a drink. There should be enough toiletries and glasses for 4. The breakfast was a buffet which was fine. We had to pay for car parking, I did think \u00A315 per car for 24 hours for hotel guests was too much. When it was booked we didn't realise parking costs was extra so negotiated \u00A310 per car as we all drove separately.
